Lavon and Nate did a wonderful job! Everything was transparent and it took no longer than an hour and a half from start to finish. I drove over an hour to get there and it was worth the drive.

I have been working with Stuart Fennell for the past 6-7 years - lost track of how many cars have bought from him ?? I consider him more of a friend than my sales person- come by and bug him 2 to 4 times a week - nice human being!!

We had an incredible car buying experience with Flow. They allowed us to negotiate over the phone and gave us white glove service from the time we walked into the dealership to the time we drove away. Paula was amazing and overall the staff was fantastic. We had painful discussions with other dealers throughout our car buying process and Flow was quite the opposite. We will be a customer for life!

Jonathon was very knowledgeable and provided multiple options to help make our decision. He didn’t rush or put pressure on us to buy a car from him. Our experience with the entire staff was a pleasure. This dealership was an hour away from us, but worth the trip! We’re definitely going to be repeat Customers.

I had made the mistake of scheduling a service appointment at the Salisbury dealership but my appointment was at the Lexington dealership what a blessing it was they waited on me which they didn’t have to so glad they did they saw something the needed attention and took care of it I could go on and on but I want just saying they treated me better than I expected I will drive further to go there even if the other ones are closer

I brought home my Subaru Uncharted just a couple of weeks ago and I really like it. Carl Diederich was my sales advisor. I can recommend him highly. I hate high pressure, but he was easy-going and pleasant to work with. A week after my purchase Joe Rossman came to my house to walk me through all the menus and buttons, which was nice because I had questions. I know I can call either of them or others at the dealership if more questions come up. I’m loving my EV but there is a learning curve.
