Mullinax Ford of MobileReviews
Mullinax Ford of Mobile review
I have no problems with the dealership. My mother purchased a Ford Mustang in 2006. This have been the only place it’s ever been for services. The car had a few problems of shutting off on its own twice two consecutive times when it had few hundred miles on it. Had an alternator replaced two years after that. While under warranty paid for it. Fast forward years later by 2013 2016 I had some belts replaced and they were replaced in the wrong manner they were crossed over my water pump hose as I drove it home I saw steam so I took it back up to Mullinax to tell them what the problem was. They said all kinds of fluids damaged the entire engine by spewing out. So it had to be replaced and it would no problem replacing it because it wasn’t my fault a mechanic negligence. So I wasn’t offered a newer engine for my troubles I was offered a used one don’t no how used it was. Probably About 2years from that the heads went out on the used engine. I proceeded to ask why should I pay almost 2,000 for something that shouldn’t be my fault an the engine I have not so old well atleast I thought and I was told that’s the only time they can honor that it will be on them. Of course I feel it should be an I shouldn’t have any type of issues for another 100,000 miles for my car to be an 07 I have about 109,000 miles on it I drive it to keep everything basically flowing and not rust or anything an I do understand somethings will go bad. I’m a dear customer and I tell Plenty of people to shop there if they have or not i put Mullinax up highly. I financially would love to get a truck from Mullinax one day. I have a friend a salesman’s there. Now I have another concern I took my car to be check out at Mullinax a a little time back months ago ,cause something causing my battery to go dead an my wiper motor went out so I purchased a wiper motor an was about to put it in myself but I don’t want to do that if my battery going dead for some odd reason. If I have a Ford an now my car is in the category of being a used car I was told from the service tech the mechanic couldn’t find out the issue. This suppose to be Ford dealing with a Ford vehicle. No recommendation or anything. So I’m stuck on finding a 2nd 3rd party. It shouldn’t be that way.

SKCO Automotive review
For anyone shopping around for a new or used vehicle I definitely recommend SKCO Automotive. They have a brand new facility, the greatest and most respectful salesmen I've ever met. The managers there try their hardest to make sure they get you the best rates and best deal to fit your wants and needs. They have highly trained mechanics to help with any mechanical problems you might need, and the service department will make sure everything is done quickly and properly. Don't even get me started on their detail department, wow, that's the only word that comes to mind when I think of how clean and detailed my car was when I purchased it. When you come to SKCO Automotive your greeted by a wonderful team of experts whose sole purpose is to have you leave in the vehicle you wanted and happy that you chose their establishment. My family has been buying vehicles from SKCO for many years and we'll always come back. It's great to be able to come back and see the same people that continue to help you each time. Thank you everyone at SKCO.

CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

For 40 years I have been purchasing and recommending BMW to friends and family. I have the same service manager for the entire relationship that has been with 3 dealerships over the years. It has been an amazing journey built on trust and professionalism. Thank you for the great service!!!!!

A belt on my car broke approximately 20 miles from the dealership which caused a caution light to come on and my AC immediately stopped working. I was traveling from Birmingham to Mobile and this issue could have been so much worse. I?ve had my vehicle serviced at this location before when visiting Mobile and remembered my service representative?s name. And like last time she worked me right into the queue, had diagnostics performed with a service recommendation in less than 24 hours. All worked well and I was able to pick up my car, attend a board meeting and returning to Birmingham the following morning. Thanks Becky?
