Ron Ventura was INCREDIBLE! He answered the phone and was immediately incredibly friendly and helpful. Before we drove 4.5 hours, he made sure I loved the car and sent a video introducing himself and detailed videos showing the interior and exterior. Upon arriving at the dealership, he greeted us at the door and was super welcoming and accommodating. He made the process incredibly easy and his cheerful attitude helped ease any anxiety. I also appreciated his transparency and straightforwardness. He checked up on us while we were waiting and discussing things, and made sure all was well throughout our visit. I can’t recommend Ron enough, and the dealership was great as well!
