My wife and I retired and moved from IL to Calvert City, KY to be closer to our grandkids. Both of our Hondas had recalls, so we found that Watermark Honda was the closest to our new home. Tyler and Amanda in service were awesome, and took care of our Odyssey recall quickly. Happened to ask Matt the Bus. Mgr. if any “gently used” Ridgelines come in and he said it’s rare, but he would give my phone # to sales and call me if anything came in. Within two days Kyle called me and said that one came in and it’s definitely worth taking a look at. We ended up trading my wife’s 2017 Pilot EX for a 2023 Ridgeline RTL. I’m 70 yrs old and have purchased many vehicles, but I must say that this was the easiest and smoothest vehicle purchase that I’ve ever experienced! Corey the sales mgr and Kyle our sales associate were awesome. So far very impressed with Watermark Honda! We will be bringing our Odyssey and our Ridgeline in for service.

2003 BMW Z4 review
I've owned my 2003 3.0i 6sp E85 for almost 9 years. Equipped w/ M Sport option, 18" staggered alloys and painted in a beautiful Toledo Blue. Yes the car has need some maintenance, some worn parts replaced, but nothing too surprising or extraordinary expensive aside from tires. I'm in my 60's and still do most of my own work. Love the ride, the style, 6sp manual transmission, the power, the smoothness of the car in general. Would I recommend this car? Only to those that love a car that YOU want to drive. NO AI frills to distract one. Just a pure driving experience.

2026 BMW Z4 review
Following two Mazda Miatas and a MINI Roadster S, we chose the last year of the BMW z4 to continue our top down motoring experience. While certainly larger than our previous roadsters, it has superior engine performance and handling capabilities and a more premium interior and spectacular exterior appeal. We found the B46 4 cylinder engine plenty powerful and did not want/need the legend B58 6 cylinder's extra power, cost or insurance premium. The z4 sDrive 30i offers similar camaraderie as the Miatas and MINIs with both BMWCCA and ZSCCA group activities. With only our break-in miles, cannot speak to reliability but our other BMWs (x3 M40i and 230i) have been problem-free.

Great place to buy a vehicle, I found the deal on a vehicle I wanted online, sent a inquiry to make sure it was still available, Mark Talkington replied that it was, after a couple of emails verifying the deal I was looking for I went to the dealership, got there the vehicle was already pulled to the front waiting for me went on a test drive including the highway which allowed me to see how it handled while Mark went over some of the features of the vehicle, when we got back Mark asked if I thought the vehicle was right for me, we went in and started the paperwork, the whole process from pulling on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle was about 2 hours, Mark Talkington and Johnathan Cox made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible never any pressure to buy anything extra (yes they did offer extras and add ons, that is part of their job) overall a great buying experience and was well worth the drive to Jackson, when I need another vehicle Serra will be at the top of my list of places to look!
2022 BMW 430 review
I have the 430i G22 (coupe), sports package,shadowline trim,. It is my daily driver, looks amazing and handles phenomenal. I get comments everyday by random people saying the car looks amazing. I have the Brooklyn Gray with the red interior which I believe is the best color combo.

Purchased a used luxury vehicle about 4 years ago. I was not looking for this Cadillac SRX but it was in mint condition, and the price was below similar less premium vehicles I found elsewhere. I've had NO issues with this vehicle. Regular maintenance amounted to oil changes only. I have taken it in for service just to have overall checkups more than once. ALWAYS, EACH TIME I was told everything is just fine. This vehicle seems to be flawless. It was the deal of a lifetime for me. I never considered purchasing a Cadillac before because I didn't realize that they could be so affordable. I am not thinking of anything less now, and I know when the time comes, I'll go right back to see what Tapp Motors has to offer on their lot. I hope this car dealership never disappears. I have nothing negative to report.
