2024 BMW M4 review
Haven’t reached break-in mileage limit as yet but so far, car has met all of my expectations with regard to quality and performance. Agree that infotainment display is a bit overwhelming. Front end isn’t as objectionable in person as seen in pictures or videos.

2018 BMW 440 review
This is my 16th BMW since 1976 and I have never been disappointed. It's the perfect car for me, as I enjoy the performance, the style, the handling and the economy. I'm very pleased with 28+ MPG overall economy in any car that is capable of this type of performance. I cannot imagine that my next car won't be another BMW.

Sparks Toyota is a well-known Toyota dealership in the Myrtle Beach region. While I have heard great things about Sparks, I recently was interested in a used car that they had onsite. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive with a family member for several hours later in the day. When we arrived for our appointment, a salesperson went to get the car to bring it to the front of the dealership but returned a few minutes later and said that the care couldn't be started. The salesperson surmised that the battery was dead and asked that we give him 30-minutes to have the battery changed. It took a little over an hour until the car was ready for the test drive. The salesperson was friendly and discussed different options for purchase. We liked the vehicle but noted a few vibrations in the steering. We decided against the car. The battery issue arose later in the day at a different dealership, so apparently it happens a lot. While it was a rough experience, I won't let this stop me from shopping for vehicles at Sparks in the future.
2019 BMW 230 review
The BMW 230i x-drive is the car that they should have been making throughout the years. My first BMW was a 1969 2002 which I loved for its sportiness. After they discontinued those cars and started making bigger and bigger vehicles, I lost interest until I test drove a 228i in 2016 and bought it. Loved that car, but wanted some of the safety features in the new 230i especially the LED headlights(the halogens on the 228i were not sufficient).

I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! 2026 BMW M4 review
I wanted to reach out and share my initial thoughts on the 2026 BMW M4 Competition. It is truly an amazing vehicle. While I am still observing the 1,200-mile break-in period before I can fully utilize its performance potential, the power and delivery of the eight-speed automatic and AWD system are already impressive. With 523 hp, the performance is exceptional. The technology integrated into this car is equally brilliant. The interface, featuring the 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster alongside the 14.9-inch touchscreen, feels like the future of driving. I have also been particularly impressed with the self-driving features, the native dash cam, and the head-up display, which provide excellent feedback and utility. Additionally, I highly recommend the carbon seats to anyone considering this model; they are well worth the investment and add significantly to the sports car experience. I am thoroughly enjoying the new M4 and look forward to getting the most out of it once the break-in period is complete.

2014 BMW 428 review
I love the M-sport package look on this car. It looks sleek and sporty. With a cold air intake this car sound beautiful. Rides great and can save a lot of gas in eco mode vs sport mode. Paddle shifters are fun and responsive.

Not only did he take the time to send me over a dozen high resolution photos but also sent me several detailed videos in which he was sure to point all the minor imperfections (which were all normal things one would expect on a used car). After a quick test drive, we sat down to complete the necessary paperwork with Nikki in the finance department. In my 30+ years of buying and leasing cars, this was probably the quickest and nicest time! have had to spend with a finance manager in all my car buying experiences. Both Philip and Nikki reviewed some of the various protection plans that they had available for me, but I never felt as if they were being pushy or trying to hard sell me. Being over 50+ years old, I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experiences I have every had and want to personally thank Philip for making it so easy and pleasant. Even though Critz is 450 miles away from me, I will look at buying from them again when the time comes and would highly recommend that if you are looking to buy from Critz in Savannah, GA, that you ask for Philip.
