BMW of West Chester (PA)Reviews
BMW of West Chester (PA) review
I just purchased a 2023 BMW i4 M50 from Justice Mogano at BMW of WestChester and I couldn't be happier with my decision. My salesman, Justice Mogano was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions, plus explained all the features and benefits of the i4. He also followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied and had no issues with the car. He is a great salesman and I highly recommend him and BMW of West Chester to anyone looking for a new BMW. Overall, I am very happy with my 2023 BMW i4 M50 Thank you, Justice Mogano and BMW of West Chester , for making my car buying experience a smooth and enjoyable one.

BMW of West Chester (PA) review
If you're looking for a BMW in the Pennsylvania...Delaware area Don't hesitate to go to BMW of Westchester formerly Otto's BMW. They are the best of any other dealership I have shopped!! The sales staff was really nice, especially Ralph.. The service department is excellent as well as the parts department. We definitely will be buying our next BMW at this location!

BMW of West Chester (PA) review
Ralph is fantastic! So was every other member of the staff we interacted with when we purchased our pre-owned car last month. We were treated like we were buying the most expensive vehicle at the dealership, when I think it was actually the least expensive. Just a fabulous experience!
2026 BMW X3 review
The whole SUV is great, the milage is good for a mild hybrid. The sport mode is great when you really want to go. The efficient mode is nice when you are casual driving and trying to save gas.

Mercedes-Benz of Wilmington review
Karen & Geoff! They both went way beyond an average or even exceptional experience. Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. He even continued researching the issue by looking online after I had to leave and called me with his research results. Great team of people at Wilmington!

By the time I left this dealership, I felt a huge weight off my shoulders. Huge shout out to Anthony Vitelli for assisting me with my situation! From the moment I walked in, Anthony greeted me with a warm smile. He was so patient in understanding my many questions. Car buying can leave you scatter brained, but with Anthony I left head strong! Very knowledgeable. Big thanks also to Nick Caperelli, Business Manager, for being so detail oriented. Thank you all. I look forward to working with you two in the future!

Exceptional service , from the minute you walk thru the doors. All personnel were unbelievable. The difference , between night and day from one dealership to the next. Thank you!

Love everything about this car honestly besides the taillights. Drives very smoothly and sporty yet comfortable like a BMW should, nailed the interior, just not in love with the exterior.

BMW of West Chester (PA) review
We found a 2017 Acura RDX that BMW of West Chester was selling. We contacted Scott (salesman) and from the start felt at ease and he was honest and trustworthy, hard to find in a salesperson. The whole process was seemless and we could not be happier! It’s simply a great place to buy any car.

2020 BMW X2 review
Great car. I was always a Toyota man, but wife liked the styling of the X2. I am happy I bought it. Superb handling, excellent gas mileage (25-27) overall. I am very happy with the X2.

Selden MotorsReviews
Selden Motors review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from out of town from Selden Motors. I cannot express how grateful I am for Scott & Al and the outstanding service I received throughout the entire process. From start to finish, these car salesman went above and beyond to ensure that my car buying experience was smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free. Moreover, they were extremely attentive to my preferences and budget. They both actively listened to my requirements and showcased a remarkable ability to match me with the ideal car that checked all the boxes. They didn't try to upsell me or push me towards something outside my price range, which made me feel respected and valued as a customer. Throughout the negotiation process, Scott demonstrated exceptional professionalism and transparency. Al provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision, including pricing details, financing options, and any additional fees or charges. I felt completely comfortable and confident in my purchase, thanks to his honest and straightforward approach. Their both dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable. This level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction went above and beyond my expectations and left a lasting positive impression. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this car dealership highly enough. If you're in the market for a used car and want an stress-free, enjoyable experience, I strongly urge you to seek out this exceptional dealership. Trust me; you won't be disappointed! 2022 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
BMW i4 eDrive40 M Sport, with All Options. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Almost 5,000 miles within first 3 months and it has been AWESOME! Averaging 270 miles (and this is in Sport Mode most of the time). The DAPP is awesome on the highway and in traffic. The Adaptive Suspension makes driving through curvy country roads a blast! The ventilated seats during these record high temp days have been super useful. No need for the M50, plenty of power with the eDrive40 (I am hitting 0-60 within 5 seconds); also, range is a whole lot more important when you have an EV. Free charging via Electrify America has been a breeze. Charges on my 240-Volt Outlet at home FAST. Well worth every Penny.

CarMax TurnersvilleReviews
CarMax Turnersville review
EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
2016 BMW 428 review
Car drives well. I recommend driving it in Sport mode. The Eco feature and start and stop will wear out the starter. Also, the braking is hard on this car. You cannot ease into a stop. It is like it does not want to stop and you have to press the pedal harder than normal.
