We walked in just wanting to go over the process so that we knew if we could work towards getting a new car. We had a car that we were upside down in and Crespino listened to what we wanted, what we hated and what we liked and found us a brand new car that would absorb the negative equity and be the perfect fit. We got a car that day. Lexus is helpful and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships that are pushy and just want your money.
We had a great experience. All of the staff that we encountered (sales, finance, services & parts) were professional, friendly, and service oriented. They were happy to answer all my questions about buying, driving, and maintaining an electric car. I was so relaxed, I suppose I forgot to do the normal due diligence for buying a used car. But in retrospect, I don???t mind at all. We got a wonderful certified preowned vehicle with a great warranty.

He could not have been more responsive in answering my questions fully and candidly, and he got back to me immediately with information I had requested and he had to obtain. I was very impressed by the service at BMW of Eugene. Unfortunately, I did not buy my CPO last December at this dealership (I will next time), but they took care of me in a way that seems to be a rarity. Despite BMW denying an issue that should have been covered under warrenty, they honored it anyway and did the minor repair with no charge to me. Not only have they earned my respect, they saved my impression of BMW. I do love my car, and the service here really was reputable and excellent, as I would expect a BMW dealership should be.
I took my car into the dealership in Eugene in which I had an extended insurance coverage policy, management and the service Department worked diligently to address my repairs and worked with the insurance company to attain successful result in repairing my vehicle..
Sometime in June a portion of exterior strip molding disappeared from the side of my 1999 BMW and BMW of Eugene was able to replace it within just a few days of my phone call. The wait time (one hour) for the work to be done was a little too long but was very forgivable as the total cost of the work was s substantially less than the quoted phone estimate. Thank you BMW of Eugene for the happy ending.
We had a bit of a rocky start with service at Lithia. We showed up to view and drive a Jeep and talked to 3 sales people before we connected with Dakota. Dakota has a very calm and patient demeanor and matched our personalities perfectly. He quickly helped us identify where the Jeep was and ultimately helped set up a time to test drive. Dakota always promptly responded to our texts/calls and made himself available when we needed him. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was extremely professional and patient through the purchase process. I wish I had an option to rate Dakota specifically through this portal, but I would highly recommend you request Dakota if/when you're interested in any vehicles at this dealership. I will be calling Dakota for my next vehicle purchase as well.
