2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

2018 BMW X1 review
2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! 2015 BMW X5 review
I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

I had a fair credit rate and Luca made sure I get approved for a loan with a different lender since I couldn’t get approved for the bigger lenders. As an customers I was very pleased with that. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely do business with them.
2020 BMW X3 review
The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

2015 BMW 335 review
I bought this car about 6 months ago and it has definitely met all my expectations! It's great all around from performance to comfort and styling! And it's even more fun with a, High flow down-pipe, Bootmod3 tune, and pretty much FBO!!! Now one thing to note is that if you plan on modifying the car please do your dudillagence and take every installation very seriously! 2016 BMW 428 review
Car drives well. I recommend driving it in Sport mode. The Eco feature and start and stop will wear out the starter. Also, the braking is hard on this car. You cannot ease into a stop. It is like it does not want to stop and you have to press the pedal harder than normal.

2018 BMW X2 review
My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

2016 BMW 528 review
It is due to my age the ultimate driving machine, the performance and fuel efficiency are fantastic it is what you expect from a BMW. The only thing I don’t have anything good to say is the ultra expensive of the dealers maintenance cost unless you have some really good mechanic to see your car and retired that I am you spend a fortiune paying for service no other complain.

2015 BMW M235 review

It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky.
