My advisor Amanda at the North lake Hendrick BMW service center worked with me very patiently, and understood every problem with my vehicle, and supported relentlessly handling all the warranty related complications. The vehicle was taken care very well. All the issues were taken care of and with guarantee. The communication was clear through out. Only thing I would like to see a change next time is about the size of the loaner car. I drive an SUV. The 2 series sedan was very small and it was uncomfortable to switch back to my big SUV after that.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I always choose Hendrick BMW for my service needs. JR was great, efficient, great at communication, and the service was excellent.

I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

I've been working with Devin Vargo since he started at Hendrick BMW in Charlotte. Devin is always incredible nice, personable, willing to take the time to discuss everything and any questions I may have, and is overall the main reason I continue bringing my car back to Hendrick BMW. He never tries to force my hand on any decisions, and will make sure I have all of the necessary information to make an informed decision on my own. The only reason I did not rate the dealership 5/5 for everything is that the dealership is noticeably more expensive than anywhere else you will get work done. However, you do know that the work will be done to a high standard of quality and if anything does go wrong you know they will fix it.

I had a great experience at BMW Northlake! I came in with a broken windshield and was immediately taken care of by my service advisor JR, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was how fast the turnaround was. I dropped my car off and had it back the very next day, good as new! The quality of service and attention to detail was exactly what you’d expect from BMW. I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

JR was great! He’s very friendly, prompt, & professional! I was in & out super quick and they sent me a video of my vehicle being serviced & cleaned it for me! Would highly recommend & definitely returning in the future!

The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.
