My experience at BMW maintenance department was a great. Chris, my advisor, was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He made my life easier by having a car for me while I waited for mine to be looked at.
2026 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I had casually considered electric cars the last few years and this year took a hard look at electric options, specifically BMW i4 xdrive 40. I couldn't be more pleased with the "electrifing" power of the i4, which seems faster than my two previous M340s. BMW offers the advanatages of an electric vehicle with its trademark high performance and sporty handling. Every friend who has test drove my i4 has been VERY impressed.

BMW Seattle review
I had an excellent experience at BMW Seattle. Everyone I met was professional, friendly, and welcoming, making the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to Said, who was incredibly helpful, honest, and transparent throughout the process. He explained every detail clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and never made me feel pressured. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my decision. I highly recommend BMW Seattle, and especially Said, to anyone looking for a trustworthy and enjoyable car-buying experience.
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

I worked with Robert Gerth to get a new BMW, this was the second time I worked with Robert. And he was recommended by a friend. Robert pays great attention to detail, lets the experience sell itself, and is extraordinarily accommodating. He created the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend working with Robert, especially if you want a great experience that doesn’t leave you with any regrets or afterthoughts. He’s the best!

BMW Seattle review
I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. He is truly an asset to the business and sales team. No pressure and humble which is hard to find in that industry. I will recommend in the future, to contact him to fellow buyers.
2023 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

Pat was the easiest to work with! I called and told him about the car I was interested in and ask if he can do most of the leg work before I drove up to see because I was serious about the purchase and it was a bit of a drive. He took care of most of the paper work over the phone and had me in and out the next day in no time. Would recommend to anyone!

General maintenance done as was recommended. Overall a great experience but wish all of the BMW locations had a joint service platform. We just had spark plugs done within 6 months but the Bellevue center didn't have any record of this. Luckily I handled the visit because my wife wouldn't have known this and would have had them do it again. Other than that, this was one of our better experiences that we have had so far with BMW.

Had an excellent experience with my BMW engine oil service. The staff were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process. The pickup and drop-off were arranged perfectly by the team and everything was handled right on time. The car was returned perfectly serviced, vacuum-cleaned, and in excellent condition, with no issues whatsoever. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the smooth, hassle-free service. Great job by the entire team?I?m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend their service!

INFINITI of Lynnwood review
Hands down the best car purchasing experience I have had (and I have bought many cars). The team at Infiniti of Lynnwood, from the Mechanic to the GM, was first class. They could not have done more to make purchasing a car easier. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used car check them out.
2024 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

Mitch went above and beyond to make buying her first car a positive experience for our daughter- and me! I am across the country, so I relied heavily on him for honesty and insight in the process. He treated her like family, communicated brilliantly with me and made sure it all went smoothly. He is trustworthy, kind, and incredibly good at his job! Days after, when she had a fluke incident with a tire, Mitch even paid for the replacement. He deserves a standing ovation and 5 STARS! Cheers to Mitch! Angela

2016 BMW 328 Gran Turismo review
I really enjoy the car almost as much as the service! The reason is the service has been flawless so far! We had an issue with one of the sensors where it would give us a drivetrain error and cut the power to 40mph! We found out that there’s a bug that triggers once you hit 1/8 of fuel left it happened ever time and there’s no fix.

North Bend Chevrolet review
Great dealership. Small town, old school. Fair pricing on repairs and maintenance. The waiting room is minimal though but since they are located in the downtown area there are lots of great local shops and restaurants to explore.

Inline MotorsReviews
Inline Motors review
I recently purchased a car from Inline Motors and it was an easy no pressure experience. They got me a good rate with a local credit union and I was in and out quickly. Definitely the most pain free car buying experience I’ve had. I will be recommending them to my friends & family. Thanks again guys!
2018 BMW 430 Gran Coupe review
The car is beautiful inside and out. It has lots of space, the trunk is huge. There is ventilation in the front and back, multiple charging places, and all the great safety features.

Younker NissanReviews
Younker Nissan review
NV and the folks at Younker Nissan made purchasing our Pathfinder a pleasure! NV immediately connected with us, listened to our needs as a family, and delivered our car from another dealership in no time. We'd had our Prius totaled in an accident and NV clearly went the extra distance to bring some sunshine to a tough weekend for us, both in getting the exact car we wanted and at an exceptional price. Since delivering our Pathfinder, named Rockitt, NV has answered any questions we've had quickly and with a good sense of humor. THe customer service at Younker, from financing to service is also top notch, and is hands down the best purchase we've had when purchasing a car. It's our second purchase with them and the "family" in their shop shows.
2022 BMW 430 Gran Coupe review
I chose the M package with 20" wheels because it presented a sporty look and a lower stance. Comfortable, quiet and very good gas milage. The rear hatch provides you SUV capacity without detracting from the style of the car. Very pleased with my choice

CarMax Centennial review
I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

CarMax Loveland review
The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. They are not a high pressure sales team so I did not feel rushed in to a decision at any point during my visit there. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I was completely confident with them and the entire purchasing process.
