Village Toyota has serviced all of my Toyotas. I have owned five. They have always provided excellent service at reasonable prices. They kept my cars in tip-top condition. The 2019 Camary is the first new car I have bought at the dealership. The sales department delivers the same exemplary customer service as the service department. Our salesman Darian was the best. He was so patient with us, especially when it came to explaining the new technology in the car. Very professional

I inquired on a vehicle and received a very prompt response through both phone and e-mail. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold earlier that day. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a time frame for the ads to be removed.
I received a follow-up a day or so later to see if there was anything else they could assist with. I have my heart set on a very particular vehicle, so I declined, but the extra effort was appreciated - even more so because they have not continued to reach out after making it clear that I'm out of state and not looking for anything except that particular vehicle make / model and options.
I came in to service my 2012 Tiguan and left with a 2014 Tiguan!! Marek is a really good guy and he spoon fed me the whole way! I would not have done this if it was not for him!!!! I felt like it was a fair deal. I recommend Marek if you want transparency! Thanks Marek... You Rock!

The wife and I had been looking for a newer Tahoe for about two months. During that time we had encountered every example of the negative aspects of buying a vehicle, pushy sales staff, no manners, vehicles not being what they were said to be, and worse! From the moment we showed up at Ocala BMW it was an outstanding experience! We were treated like long lost friends, offered coffee, water, etc. it was a complete pleasure start to finish!
If you’ve got to wait in a dealership, this is the one you want to be in. James Jupiter took care of everything I needed. Super nice guy, not your typical “salesman”. Didn’t push or sale me on anything. We talked about family while filling out paperwork which I found to be relaxing during a process that is usually a little nerve racking.
They were great to us from start to finish buying an M235i. I am not used to being treated like royalty. Very surprised since I am 56 and have bought cars all over the U.S. I did not expect this in Ocala Florida.

My wife and i decided to just ???drop in??? and look around. We were greeted by Jeff Hill and immediately felt as ease. I served 25 years in the Marine Corps and have had my fair share of ???salesmen???. Jeff Hill was cut from a different cloth. His friendliness and no pressure sales had us convinced that this place is the place to buy. We came back later that night and approached by Roy Perez (who was also phenomenal). Decided to come back the next day, Jeff Hill wasn???t available but Rich Wood took amazing care us for the remainder of our purchase. I introduced myself to the GM Tony LaPuma and it was clear that he???s obviously running a tight ship. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to shop here.
