If I purchase again with BMW of Macon (would be 3rd purchase), it will be because of Shelley and the competency of the Service Technicians. Man, that lady takes a lot of mess from customers and NEVER hides from them or loses her cool, even when most people would have! We just wish we could get Shelley every time. Face it, the sale for me is easy and only takes about 1.5-2 hours and after that, we never deal with that side of the business ever again (automatic payments, never late, don't need to contact them anymore). BUT going forward, the Service Center employees are the only folk responsible car owners with good credit/jobs ever deal with. Every one is nice during the sale, but afterwards we often just become a nothing, a complete nobody--and it is insulting and hurtful. My daughter has a '15 z4 purchased a while ago from another dealership and they are incompetent. The guys working on the cars HERE do a fantastic job and always figure out what the problem is and GET THE REPAIRS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, like a good doctor, and they are well-spoken and professional, and the prices are not as high as other BMW or Porsche dealerships.
