This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

Amazing SUV, very quick and comfortable, commanding seating position with great support very easy to drive. I had a 2021 M5 competition and was always scratching the front lower bumper don’t have that problem anymore, 23 inch wheels make the driving position high with less stress on a freeway able to see far ahead instead of a back of the car in front of me. this SUV is very quick and comfortable fully loaded with high tech features and very easy to drive and park, if you are looking for exclusive suv that very few people own this is it , X5 M competition looks like any other X5, the XM very similar performance with distinctive look and dealers offer deep discounts so price of X5M is the the same as XM In this price range gas consumption should not be a concern but with mentioned in the edrive mode I get 33 miles a gallon on the freeway and city without sacrificing the performance, sapphire black with black exterior is amazing and electric only drive mode is great for short trips I only gases up once a month for $43 as the SUV only used about 1/2 tank of gas.if you looking for a family SUV with M sports manners this is the best , you will love it I guarantee it!

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

This car is absolutely stunning I’ve owned mine for a year now and I love every single bit of it. The interior is 10/10 everything’s comfortable and high quality and even tiniest details like the seatbelt and the sunvisor is amazing quality, they really put thought in every decision designing this car. The exterior design is controversial but I love it, the interior design is simply perfect. Performance wise it’s absolutely amazing, getting launched from 0-60 in 3 seconds in an X7 sized vehicle is an incredible experience. BMW’s used to be unreliable but the new ones are more reliable than Honda, including this one! I absolutely love this car and the only slight downside is the depreciation but, most high end cars have that issue.

Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

Excellent service, service section not pushy, explains what's needed,gives time to customer to make decision on what to do. Only negative to Carshop is no Military Discount. Would get more business with Discount.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

Although I didn’t buy the car the staff was courteous, and gave me plenty of time to look it over without a sales person breathing down my neck. When I said I would pass they didn’t put pressure on me. I would shop there again

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Great car! Reliable, sporty, fast, just a beautiful looking car! The 6 cylinder V6 with 300HP is just such a nice drive! I use it for my daily commute to work. But it's also such a fun car to drive!

I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

I had called MB of LV on a Thursday, going into Presidents' Day holiday weekend. My experience began with: *Telephone/reception : Leillani *Service Advisor: Juan Martinez (1 of 6 service advisors, very hard working with an overfill of workorders and facing challenges regarding courtesy loaners at the time. Yet handling all customer transports through shuttle service which was timely and professional) *Technician: Rick Dombroski *Valet staff, all of them! Juan Martinez explained from first interaction in a very efficient, clear, concise, professional and in ELITE manner the process of vehicle handling. Covering initial multipoint inspection of the vehicle in general, plus recommendations of maintenance and potentially beyond the diagnostics of my reason of bringing the vehicle in the first place. Very clear, to the point. Punctual. This being on a Thursday, resulted in follow up and further diagnostics through the Friday and work performed over the weekend into Monday, the technician and efforts resulted in going above and beyond in attempts to replicate the gasoline smell by filling the gas tank. After extensive trials and diagnostics, situations was resolved Tuesday as promised. Furthermore, it was discovered and recommended for subframe work. Which can be a costly job concerning critical quality component of such vehicle to remain in elite luxury condition. All the work was completed as promised and professionally manicured to exceed expectations of quality and resolve. I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me.
