I was a hundred miles from home and 200 miles from my starting point when my BMW blew a tire. It was a holiday and I was in the middle of nowhere with all service closed. I called the BMW 800 number and thankfully they towed my car to BMW of Bloomington. I received a call Tuesday morning and learned I had to get new tires and they also performed the regular maintenance. I was concerned and surprised because my car had just been in my BMW service center for maintenance in July. I never thought once that my tires were bad. BMW 800 service got me a LIFT ride home, 110 miles with a wonderful BMW driver that told me Bloomington BMW was the best.
I had no idea how I would get my car home. I asked Jeremy for ideas when he called me. When my car was complete with new tires, break service and who knows what else, Jeremy called me with a plan. Ed Jackson drove my car to my door over a 100 miles away followed by another driver who drove them both back to Bloomington. I don't know much about cars and I rely on my dealer and the service to guide me and keep me safe. I'm so grateful that my catastrophy happened near Bloomington. You haven't seen the last of me.
I just recently bought a BMW X5 from Logan "Client Advisor." He was so helpful and personable! He explained the whole process inside and out! He knows what it takes to have superior customer service and goes above and beyond that to make sure I had an easy, effortless, luxury experience. I did not know they were locally owned either! I had the pleasure to meet a very talented and friendly young salesman 6 plus years ago. Last month, I bought the third one from the same awesome guy! He sure knows his stuff well and is very professional. He sure does everything to make this process as easy and quick as possible. Great expirience!
I inquired on a vehicle and received a very prompt response through both phone and e-mail. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold earlier that day. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a time frame for the ads to be removed.
I received a follow-up a day or so later to see if there was anything else they could assist with. I have my heart set on a very particular vehicle, so I declined, but the extra effort was appreciated - even more so because they have not continued to reach out after making it clear that I'm out of state and not looking for anything except that particular vehicle make / model and options.
From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!
This recent purchase of our 2018 X3 is our 5th BMW from I.G. Burton and the last four have been with Nate Robinson. He is polite, has a thorough knowledge of the BMW line of vehicles, is responsible and follows though in a timely manner, and has come to know what features we like/dislike over the years. He is also a BMW owner, which says volumes about his belief and dedication to the product that he sells.

I heartily recommend Anthony for all your service needs. He is 100% customer focused... and very helpful. Always does the followup, makes sure you are completely satisfied with the support. Great guy. Ontario BMW is lucky to have him.
Long time coming for this review.. After having issues with my BMW and not getting them corrected at another Dealership, I tried Ontario and take goodness I did, the customer service provided by Anthony Zabala is by far the BEST! Anthony thoroughly explained what there technicians will do to find the issue and have my Alpina running with no problems. Communication is key for me and Anthony exceeded my expectations, takes his time with my vehicle as it was his own! I will always bring my BMW to Ontario and will continue to refer customers to Anthony. Thanks Ant!
