I got in love with this car, when I drove the same model, as a loaner car to San Diego. This is the most comfortable I have ever been driving a car on a long trip. The car has plenty of room to relax your legs specially on long trips. It has a double compartment in the trunk where you can fit extra luggage. I really love this car.
Robin always goes above and beyond. She makes you feel so welcome. She kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and made very good recommendations. I always ask to work with her. Thank you Robin

Been driving the car for a few days now and fall in love with it the more I drive it! I love the Parking assist! Its CRAZY what technology can do nowadays haha!
Overall, very comfortable! I wish they made back window a but wider and I’m not to fond of where they placed cupholders but other than that, no major complaints!
My husband and I were shopping for a car and Harold Blackwell greeted us at the door. He made buying a car a wonderful experience. He was very informative, professional and honest.

This car is the best of all worlds. It’s got a backseat and the trunk which can be difficult to find on a convertible. the hardtop is up and down within seconds of pushing a button. Interior styling is minimalist luxury and the car is extremely comfortable. I absolutely love owning this car and really don’t have anything negative to say about it.
I first off want to start off by Saying Max Moyer who works in sales is the real deal convinced me to switching to BMW from Lexus he is the most detailed and knowledgeable about BMW cars and does everything to make the process of buying a car quick in easy I spent a total of 2 hours buying my car. The car looks amazing and I am so happy for the price I got it at. Thank you Max and BMW of Silver Spring

I have only had the car for a couple of months so don't have a lot of experience with it. Car seems reliable. Handles corners like no other car I have owned. Starting to go from a complete stop seems different from other vehicles but think its something I just need to get used to. The information screen lacks compared to other vehicles but is still good. So far we are happy with the car. Love the gas mileage. We do mostly city driving and are getting an average of 25MPGs.
BMW of Silver Spring is a top notch facility with excellent client advisors. I had an awesome experience working with Lonnie Overby. He was honest, accommodating, and worked hard to get me into the car of my dreams. If you’re interested in a BMW and want a pressure-free buying experience, ask for Lonnie.

We found it to be a sporty, fun car to drive. We did not like the braking assist as it hindered us when passing cyclists. We wanted lane assist and BLIS but it did not have that so we went with Volvo.
My overall experience at the BMW Silver Spring, MD dealership was exceptional, professional, pleasant and courteous. My salesperson, Karen, is outstanding. Karen was attentive to my needs, diligent is assisting me with my finance options and providing me with access to additional funds to offset my monthly payments. Karen was both professional and courteous. It was a pleasure working with her and I plan to work with her again in purchasing my next BMW.

Performance is exceptional. Find myself smiling ALOT! Plenty of room for me and my gear. Different driving modes accommodate different driving mood and conditions. Might have to get the wife one!
After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Possessed all the essentials for me. Great styling, luxurious comfort, high performative, and advanced technology. I've been a BMW fan since the 1980s and finally bought a brand new one in 2014.
Maria provided excellent customer service! She demonstrated and extraordinary ability to understand my needs without being ever making me feel pressured. She is very knowledgeable and extremely quick! She was extremely patient and helpful, and despite having to stay past showroom hours, made sure that the car was in perfect condition before I left. Love it. I have had 2 M5's in the past and wanted the performance but not the $$$ of the M5 just for everyday driving. The M550i fit the bill in SPADES! Great performance for the money compared to the M5.

Annoying Engine Whine

I received my New BMW X5M on 8th Jan and within the first 2 weeks I noted that a constant annoying sound comes from the front Dashboard. I hear this noise even when the car is stopped at signals and engine not running. Typically this sound disappears at speed above 30 mph. Maybe the noise is overtaken by the outside noise and you don't notice it. If I drive the car in City i get headache and also tend to loose concentration as I am unable to take my mind away from this noise.
I contacted the dealer and dropped the car for check up at Cooper Croydon UK. They have comeback to me with a reply that this is Characteristic of the car as they replaced some parts and the noise still exists and they have compared with another X5M and that car also has the same noise.
I spoke to BMW UK and they call it as Characteristic of the car but also claim that engineers are working to find a solution for this but at the moment there is no solution. They also mentioned that only some of the X5M have this problem and they are sorry that my car has this issue but they are unable to help.
I haven't picked up the car from the dealer yet and have communicated to BMW FS that I am rejecting the car as BMW hasn't taken a responsibility that they would fix this problem. They are expecting me to continue driving the car as they don't have a solution for this issue.

Love the vehicle. Owned it for a year. Great trunk space with the hatchback. Amazing performance with the premium, m package, and sport package.
The entire team made it more than worth my while to trek from NOVA to get the car I wanted. Ask for Armand as he was great to work with and did not not try to “sell me”. The rest of the team was very accommodating and kept the haggling and upsell to a minimum. Worth the trip from NOVA!

It's a great car but you have to make sure the maintenance is done. That's why I purchased the maintenance program. You cant beat 2k for 3 years worth of maintenance. BMW has the game rigged with that deal. Then Anthony zabala over at BMW of Ontario makes the whole process so much better.

I walked in with my older parents. We needed to buy a new car for my Mother and she wasn't quite sure exactly what she wanted. Kevin Soltwedel (our appointed Salesperson) jumped in and had the exact information we needed in order to make the right decision for US, not for VOB's bottom line. He listened to our needs and most important, respected our pricing range. We spent most of our time at the dealership cutting it up with Kevin as the paperwork was being generated. The whole process was painless, and honestly, that began and ended with Kevin's efforts. The final result was watching Kevin teach my parents how to connect their phone to the brand new 4 series!

This car is so stylish and drives great! It’s a 4WD which will be great for the winter. It’s also great with gas. I am very happy with it so far!

Previous car was a BMW M3 and it was a terrific car before the security system went out after the warranty expired. My wife loves the X1 because it drives like a car and has good storage. No issues except needed new tires and the sunroof headliner needs to be replaced at my expense even though I purchased the extended warranty. Car is parked in a garage at night and during working hours.
Everything that you can ask and think of are in this car! Luxury, power and speed, style, good on fuel and reliability. My son loves this car and it's my retirement car from active duty service!
