I did my initial inquiry via email exchange. The client advisor was excellent, answered all questions promptly and never once pressured me. I was skeptical of the "no haggling" at first, but after some research they were by far the best deal in 5 nearby states. I drove 3 1/2 hrs across state to do a test drive and they were true to all info presented. Fantastic pre-owned car, great customer service...so I bought it. They worked everything out so I did not have to do multiple trips.

At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy.  I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said 'no' thinking I had a spare.  Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution.  Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely.  That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer.  They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed.  While I don't suggested you lock yourself out of your home to test the validity of my recommendation, I would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills, if you are looking for an organization that values you as a customer.

I have purchased cars for over 40 years, both here in the Us as well as in Europe. This was by far the best experience. Fahad and his manager Jim, answered all of my questions and showed me everything that I wanted to see. There was absolutely none our the “usual” high pressure salesmanship, with repeated phone calls and messages.I already know where my next car will be purchased from.

I would like to thank Mr. Bellomo for everything he expediently did for me in the transition of my leased Jeep to my new leased Charger. Having been devastated at the loss of my first Charger in 2016, I tried something new (my Jeep), but just was not in love with it. Being reclusive in nature, I do not enjoy spending long hours having to make purchases of any sort. Mr. Bellomo seemed to understand my reasoning for wanting to get back into something I loved. My car was a desideratum in feeling like "myself" again. Not only did he accomplish this with amazing accuracy, he, also, took the time to speak with my father who lives 24 hours away to reassure him that I would be taken care of. I, literally, had everything done, no surprises or let downs, in two days without ever having to spend hours at the dealership. I cannot thank him enough for giving me back something I dearly loved and have fallen in love all over again. It is not often that people in the customer service industry are understanding, empathetic and sympathetic enough to tailor a person's needs accordingly. I love my new Charger so much, I will be purchasing it when my lease is up. Thank you, Mr. Bellomo. I am in no way a materialistic person, but this meant more to me and my family, just to see me happy again. I, certainly, hope you get the recognition you deserve!

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I’ve been a BMW driver for decades. Just purchased a 2024 x1 28i through Tonya Murray, a most professional and pleasant person to deal with. She tenaciously searched out the vehicle with my preferred colors exterior and interior and managed to get me exactly what I wanted delivered within a week. The car is gorgeous. And fun to drive.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.

Kind, honest and knowledgeable staff. No pressure whatsoever! They were all extremely helpful. Nice selection of BMWs on the lot.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

I have had car since 2021 and have no problems since purchase. Purchased car with 12500 miles at the time. Right now I am working from home, so not as much mileage daily, but performance is still good.

I bought my 328i over 6 years ago with just a little over 35,000. I now have 105,000 on. It's a blast to drive. It was very reliable until I reached close to the 100k. Around 96,000 miles the oil pan gasket started to leak. Had to get it repaired ($600 - $700). Not too long there after, the valve cover started to leak oil ($700-$800). Started to get a check engine light around 105,000 miles - thermostat housing needed replacing ($428.00). After some research, I found that the water pump would also fail shortly after the thermostat, replaced it with thermostat ($1,049). After inspection, it looks like engine mounts needing replacing ($390). Hopefully, this is it for now. High mileage BMW's expenses will start to add up. Otherwise, fun car to drive if you are will to invest additional $$$ to keep it running

Almost 4 years of driving experience, 35000 km , reliable, gas saving, quiet and comfortable.fast , but you need to add premium gas, generally, this car is a great choice

I own a bmw 2011 550i Xdrive M sport package with M Steering wheel, M sport suspension ETc and honestly one of the best car I have ever own and still own. Reliability has been decent on my end but no major issues thankfully. If you well maintain this car like I have and do oil changes around 4.5k you can make this engine last past 200ks miles.

Overall great looking vehicle. The car met all my needs. The ride is smooth, it has low mileage, spacious interior especially in the back, and it came with all the bells and whistles.

Has it all and gives you great complements along the way. I am still figuring out all of the gadgets. The interior of the M5 is impeccable along with the twin turbo allows you to pass everyone and look good doing it.
