She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. 2014 BMW 535 review
I purchased this car in 2017 it was a high mileage off lease corporate vehicle, 78K miles to be exact. Outside of normal wear and tear, the only issues I've had was/is a gasket somewhere that made smoke on the interior coming through the vents and my amplifier went out on me. The car now has a few miles under 200K and still runs like a dream.

2022 BMW M550 review
I waited a full year before writing a review. I'm not a stranger to high performance and/or luxury cars, having owned a variety including two V-12 Jaguars, but this is my first BMW. I totally love it! Thanks to BMW's Individual Manufaktur program I was able to order it with a beautiful special order paint and a all merino leather interior. It's extremely comfortable on the highway during several long trips and gets around 29 mpg averaging close to 70 mph. Amazing considering the size of the car and the twin turbo V-8. Playing around it handles great and, in sport mode, is both very quick and very fast. Everything I see and touch gives me a nice luxury feel, while the heated and ventilated seats keep me very comfortable. In my first year I've had zero problems and zero cost of maintenance. The technology is great and kept up to date with over-the-air updates. My BMW app lets me see its status, and I can use it to plan a trip on my phone and transmit it to the car along with a desired departure time so the car is warmed or cooled and the trip is in the nav system when I get in. All in all I couldn't be happier.

2011 BMW 328 review
My 2011 328i has just reached 223k miles. No timing chain replacement. Only oil changes and coolant flushes. Obviously break pads and rotors. It’s been amazing. Fun to drive although I get 22mpg average. As Long as you don’t touch it and don’t drive it like you stole it, you can count on it.

You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.
2020 BMW 330 review
No problems in the three years I have had the car. Great for commuting and for long trips. I have had no major expenses or issues
