I went to get my car serviced based on a light that notified me of an oil issue. I'm new to owning a BMW. I purchased the vehicle just a couple weeks ago by another dealer. I didn't understand why it said my oil exceeded the maximum amount of oil. Izzy Molina took a look at my car and noticed my car was serviced by the dealer I purchased the car from, and they put too much oil in my car. He went above and beyond by changing the oil, changing the aftermarket filter, he washed my car, all at no cost. He really went out on a limb, even though originally the car was serviced elsewhere prior. Thank you Izzy for your exceptional service. I'm truly grateful for your act of kindness.
2025 BMW 530 review
Love everything about this car honestly besides the taillights. Drives very smoothly and sporty yet comfortable like a BMW should, nailed the interior, just not in love with the exterior.

I went to BMW to address a parking sensor that was damaged on my SUV. George assisted me and looked up my car information to see if it was a covered service under warranty. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I just purchased the vehicle a couple of weeks ago from another dealer. He said to take the SUV back to the dealer to see if they would fix it. The dealership I purchased the vehicle from was unwilling to repair it, stating the damage could of been done anytime within the two weeks I had the vehicle. George actually went and found the time stamp of when the sensor was actually damaged, which was before I purchased SUV. I was able to take that document to the dealership for them to cover my sensor without paying for it. Thank you George for taking the time to do more digging. You gave me the tools I needed to prove the damage was not caused by me and they were responsible.

2024 BMW i5 review
This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.

2025 BMW 228 Gran Coupe review
So far so good with this purchase of a dealer loaner car after the first 1000 miles. Nearly all of it has been highway miles on the return trip to LA from Las Vegas after purchase and a recent round trip LA-Las Vegas. Really smooth highway drive, The engine doesn't sound like it's laboring at all. Excellent fuel mileage so far as well.I haven't done much local driving yet. I hope it remains as comfortable as it has felt so far. (I went from an X2 to a sedan). If you're not used to it, the touch features on the dash might take some getting used to. The truck is smaller than I've been used to. Overall, I'm very pleased.

2021 BMW 540 review
Excellent performance and comfort. Rides well, quick and responsive. Hate the run flat tires, but other than that it is wonderful. I would suggest the industry not use run flat tires. Seems to have a shorter life and is a major pain if a flat occurs in a rural area.

His mechanical knowledge and experience puts you at ease with all those "under the hood thingamajiggies."
