Alex who was the salesman was a very nice young man, and went over and above to explain about the car. Everyone at the dealership was polite, helpful, and very knowlegable.

The BMW X5 offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and driving performance. The interior feels premium with high-quality materials and modern technology. The ride is smooth, the handling is impressive, and the vehicle feels powerful on the road. It provides plenty of space for passengers and is a great choice for daily driving and family trips. Overall, the BMW X5 delivers a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

2026 BMW Z4 review
Following two Mazda Miatas and a MINI Roadster S, we chose the last year of the BMW z4 to continue our top down motoring experience. While certainly larger than our previous roadsters, it has superior engine performance and handling capabilities and a more premium interior and spectacular exterior appeal. We found the B46 4 cylinder engine plenty powerful and did not want/need the legend B58 6 cylinder's extra power, cost or insurance premium. The z4 sDrive 30i offers similar camaraderie as the Miatas and MINIs with both BMWCCA and ZSCCA group activities. With only our break-in miles, cannot speak to reliability but our other BMWs (x3 M40i and 230i) have been problem-free.

Long term Porsche of Hilton Head customer, second year service on my Cayenne S. I didn’t ask for a loaner car, but was told might take 2 or 3 hours. Accepted the loaner, 4 hours later my Cayenne was delivered to my house, washed and ready to go. Mike and his service staff have provided excellent customer service. Probably one of the main reasons I continue to purchase Porsches from the Hilton Head dealership.

The service team at Land Rover Hilton Head is very responsive, keeps me informed, answers questions about repairs and routine maintenance, and makes me feel that my car is good hands. I strongly recommend bringing your Land Rover or Jaguar there, because we have had both serviced here.
2016 BMW 428 review
Car drives well. I recommend driving it in Sport mode. The Eco feature and start and stop will wear out the starter. Also, the braking is hard on this car. You cannot ease into a stop. It is like it does not want to stop and you have to press the pedal harder than normal.

Our daughter's discovery (we have all Land Rover vehicles) had a bad flat tire from some nails due to construction in our neighborhood. Jordan was able to get the car in quickly, diagnosed and tire changed out in the same day. He communicated with us the entire time and as always was friendly, supportive and executed efficiently and with just the best demeanor. There is no better service experience than working with Land Rover and Jordan makes the brand shine. Some people might purchase cars based on just the car itself, but my husband and I look at the whole experience. And when it is your kid behind the wheel , the experience matters that much more. Count us as loyal to land rover! Thank you Jordan!

The service team did an outstanding job. Service reps went above and beyond. The technician effectively communicated the service performed on the car. Communication was constant and the service on time.
2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

AutoNation Porsche Dealership in Hardeeville did a nice job with my 8 year Check-Up. Knew I would need new tires during this service review and although the tire cost increased since receiving an estimate in March, 2025, the service advisors were very nice, despite the costs. The new Service Center is gorgeous and they did have my loaner vehicle waiting for me upon arrival. I wish that they would have dressed the new tires with Armour All or something similar after buying the tires and paying for the alignment and balancing but you can't have everything, I guess.
2022 BMW X3 review
It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Hilton Head BMW review
I took my 330i for service and maintenance. My car has extended warranty so all I had to pay for were the new windshield wipers. A tad expensive but convenient! Nice to have a loaner, too!
2016 BMW 340 review
Super fast. Very comfortable interior. Simply a pleasure to drive. A couple of annoying caveats about the interior design, specifically the door lock switch being in the center of the dashboard, and the window seals around the driver side and passenger side front windows can leak a little air at high speeds. Those are superficial.

Re: Nail in run flat tire Lindsay (service rep) was excellent, had my tire in stick and she immediately put it on hold for me. Tire changed and wheel alignment done while I went for lunch. Appreciate fact that they test drive and look at undercarriage as part of service. I LOVE my BMW but I also LOVE my dealership

2019 BMW X4 review
A new owner of a 2019 BMW X4 M40i and loving it so far. Very sharp inside and out with a lot of punch. The vehicle handles great and has a lot of space inside. It sounds imposing. I’d say the downside is the rear blind spots and missing space over an X3 (mine has non run flats and the storage space under the rear storage is taken by a donut tire). But once you lower the rear seat headrests and get used to it, the blind spot isn’t troublesome. At the end of the day the X3 is a great SUV (I had one) but the X4 is much sportier, if that’s your thing. I just wish the M40i had more M trademarks, such as M sports steering wheel and M branding on the front seats as my recent 440i M sport edition did. But for sports + some utility, I recommend the X4.

Brought car in for yearly service. Casey could not have been more professional and courteous. They provider a 5 series loaner for my convenience. Service is the reason I buy my cars at this dealer.

Very comfortable and great handling car. The car is a great size for our needs and is very economical to drive. I also like the tax credit.

2016 BMW M5 review
I am a automotive mechanic and have been looking for an amazing car. Test drove GTR, SHELBY GT500, CORVETTE, SUPRA ECT. Never thought that a 4 door Sedan like an F10 M5 machine would change my mind on the whole situation. This is by far the best car you can get for the money and none of the others can even keep up with it
