The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

I saw this 2014 E550 online. I was in San Diego but the car was $2300 under Blue Book with only 56,000 miles on it. I sent an email and received a reply before the dealership even open from their Internet Sales Manager, Bao. He sent me photos and a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. He provided every detail and was honest about everything about this car. I scheduled a pickup appointment and bought a ticket to Oakland. Bao greeted me and showed me the car. It was exactly as described. We chatted together while awaiting the sales manager to complete the paperwork. He programmed my phone into the navigation system and I began the long drive to San Diego. He even called several hours later to ask how my travels were proceeding and again the next day to ensure I had arrived safely. I cannot recommend Bao more highly to potential buyers. He is worth the trip if you do not live in the area!

Awesome, solid well built suv. Good milage, great performance. A solid, reliable safe vehicle. By BMW recertified. Best vehicle I have ever owned. I would buy one again. I also own an Audi and Toyota.

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I was car shoping online with several dealers. This dealership was not pushy. I never felt pressured to make a purchase. All the employees work with each other. When I was ready to purchase from them the process was smooth and hassle free. Their customer service is friendly and efficient.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Henry was responsive. However, the car I was interested in, he couldn’t find on the lot. Apparently, the dealer used the car for a loaner. I ended up buying another Audi q5 from CarMax.

We took delivery in July, 2022 for a new iX xDrive 50, and owned it for 2 1/2 years. One of the best cars we'd ever had. BMW sent custom cushions that go through the openings in the front seats for this model year, such that shorter occupants wouldn't hit their heads on trim there. The front is polarizing, but in dark colors grows on you. The car is dead quiet, fast, great ride and GREAT range- we got over 300 miles on road trips easily. The B&W audio system is one of the best available in any car.

Purchased my new car 2025 X3 week of August 13th 2025 and typical of BMW the service provided was 10 star plus. Met a number of representatives all so friendly! This is my fourth BMW. Still have a 2005 645ci covered and parked in the gargage with less than 5k miles which I drive on rare ocassion when I want to take a top down cruise on a weekend afternoon. Emily assisted me through both the decision (which car best suited my needs), as well as the financing process, including trade-in. While it was long one (been 14 years since I bought my last new car) it was smooth and seamless. Getting older, I wanted to scale down to a smaller but equally sturdy vehile to get me safely around. Had my eye on the X1, test drove both the X1 and 3 and decided the 3 (a tad bit bigger) was the best choice (offered few more options too). I'm getting accustomed to the modern day instrumentation panel and all the newest bells and whistles that go with (part of the fun of driving a new car). I'm double wowed how far technology has come. The car practically thinks for you! I'm a repeat customer obviously. My first new car a Buick Regal, owned Chevy Corvette 69 Red T-top, Lincoln, Volvo, Dodge, GMC, Mercedes, Infiniti but always return to the BMW (this is my 4th). Can't beat the quality which is offered from their largest most luxlurious sedans to the smallest. And they offer so many more choices now. Emily was my sales representative- kind and very personable. So knowledgeable and seems to have a real sense when it comes to meeting customer needs. She even followed up to see "hows things were going" after all was said and done. That's going above and beyond! Oh, and we've shared a few chuckles at my surprise discoveries. Hightly recommend her! I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

Second X6. Very comfortable and confident auto. Tried others - Mercedes, Land Rover and came away wanting the X6 again. Nice and tight, full of more functions than truly necessary and safety is evident. I look for every opportunity to drive this vehicle and I have enjoyed every mile. No surprises. It just does what it is supposed to do - very comfortably!

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

I didn't purchase my Jetta from this dealership but I almost did and wish I did at the time but I wasn't ready at the time. I appreciated the low price offered. I appreciate only dealing with one salesperson even through the finance process. They were super friendly and not pushy and definitely didn't use the old sleazy dealership sales model of the past that most dealerships stand by. I recommend going to see them for your purchase if you want it to be pleasant.

This Truck is a replacement for 2008 LR HSE (totaled) I just got it over a month ago and it is good so far. Very fun( zippy) to drive. Wish the seats were more comfortable. I have the 35i XLine. 79k on the clock. You have to get familiar with the idrive, also my heads-up display is not working properly. There is also a coolant leak which will be taken care of under warranty. This vehicle also used premium gas. Soo far we will see how reliable it shall be.

I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

Last Saturday afternoon our 2014 BMW broke down on freeway 580 at 24 . We had the car towed to Concord BMW where we were received by their friendly staff. We were advised we would have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for diagnostics. Late Tuesday we were notified on the issue and parts were promptly ordered. Repairs were promptly made and tested. Felipe kept us informed throughout the entire experience.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

Miguel was friendly and kept me informed during the entire process while our X3 was in for a recall repair. The car was ready for pickup same day. As always, the wash and interior cleaning was impeccable. The free multipoint inspection was also a plus. I also appreciated not being upsold on other services.

I received a recall notice from BMW concord for my 228i and had took my IX as well for electrical notice from my BMW App. Francis took care of it diligently. I like how he keeps me updated from the start to the end during the repair process, provides clear pricing and a walkthrough of the work done. Overall I am satisfied with the work done and their interaction with me. Highly recommended

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
