Gus was great to work with! We appreciate all he did for us. We will keep him in mind for the future.
2025 BMW M5 review
The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

Outstanding CPO purchase experience! From the start AJ Trainer was the best salesperson ever. All details were done over the phone, text, and email. Dabari (GSM) and Jose in Service provided prompt assistance with a question about tires. Very impressed with the entire operation and all the employees I had contact with. Only trip to the dealership (3+ hours away) was to pick up the X5 in pristine condition which exceeded my expectations. Well worth the drive!! Many thanks to AJ and her support team for making the whole experience great!
2026 BMW M5 review
Excellent engineering and styling in the '26 M5 Touring. Excellent handling. Missing are massaging seats and soft close doors for a vehicle in this price range. Wish there were softer suspension options. Beautiful vehicle and the Touring turns heads, as does the sedan

I had a great experience at BMW and Matthew who was my advisor. Matthew made sure to keep me up to date with the status of my SUV and even got me a loaner as soon as one was available, he even had my SUV dropped off so I didn?t have to come up to the dealer to get it. Love the customer service!!

2011 BMW 328 review
This is my 4th BMW and I love it. I bought it used and well-taken care of. I think that is definitely the key to a great BMW. We looked at so many that weren't cared for and we were really disappointed. The one we just purchased is 16 years old and even with 105k miles, it looks and runs like brand new.

Rick Hendrick BMW Charleston review
Due to an unforeseen accident my car was totaled.and I wasn’t sure on what I was going to do. However, I decided to check out Rick Hendrick BMW since I have purchased from them several times. Most of all I would love to thank Mr Jerry Pannell for his exceptional customer service, wisdom , knowledge and support! I had my 320i for 8 years and was having a difficult time processing the loss but ,Mr jerry made this such a smooth transition for both my husband and I during this difficult period. Thanks a million from the both of us ‼️❤️❤️
