Gus was great to work with! We appreciate all he did for us. We will keep him in mind for the future.
2025 BMW M5 review
The M5 is a beast. It is like 3 cars in one:1), an all electric automobile for 33 miles,2) a twin turbo V-8 hybrid with zero lag,3) a roomy/comfortable cruiser. It is missing a couple items that should be standard or available such as soft close doors and seat message. Otherwise, this is the best of both worlds.

Gravity Autos Chicago review
I had an excellent experience working with Naomi during my car purchase. From the beginning, they were professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. The whole experience felt smooth and transparent, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend asking for Naomi if you’re looking for an stress-free and honest car buying experience.

2026 BMW M5 review
Excellent engineering and styling in the '26 M5 Touring. Excellent handling. Missing are massaging seats and soft close doors for a vehicle in this price range. Wish there were softer suspension options. Beautiful vehicle and the Touring turns heads, as does the sedan

Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
The process of purchasing my Crosstrek Hybrid Limited was seamless and terrific. I got exactly the car I wanted at a fair price and was delighted by the service I received from my salesperson, Tushar Shende, and Chris Kulis in Finance. But that wasn’t even the best part! About a week after the purchase, I met with Joseph Rossman, the Encore Delivery Specialist, who patiently and thoroughly walked me through all the cool things my new car can do. Thank you to everyone at Hendricks who made the purchase of my new car so gratifying and fun.

Hendrick BMW review
I moved from California a few months ago, and my car's regular interval maintenance was due. I chose Henrick's BMW service center as the main dealer in Charlotte. The process of dropping off, inspecting, and returning my vehicle was very professional. I had a drivetrain malfunction light in addition to the regular service, which turned out to be a warning of a more than likely future failure of the heat management unit (Thermostat). Following approval, they were efficient and returned my vehicle after only a short time. The video I received of the inspection and the engine fault was thorough by the service tech, and the Service Advisor (Jose) was curteous and friendly. Overall, a simple and pleasant experience.
