Major Motor Cars review
Absolutely the best overall buying experience. Jason Yorker is not a "used car sales," rather a professional automotive concierge. He located that exact vehicle I was looking for, was patient with my questions, but especially negotiated a more than reasonable and fare offer. I can't say enough positive things about my experience from Rob Hassan (General Manager) to Jason Yorker. They all provided an excellent buying experience and attention to detail. From one who hates buying cars, these guys are outstanding and far exceeded my expectations.

There is no doubt you will be buying your exotic car from Motorenn at some point in the future. Auston and his partner are on there way to be a leader in the Exotic car business in Los Angeles. They know their stuff and they keep things very simple. I appreciate the help, service, and professionalism with the purchase of my Ferrari.

2016 BMW 328 Gran Turismo review
I really enjoy the car almost as much as the service! The reason is the service has been flawless so far! We had an issue with one of the sensors where it would give us a drivetrain error and cut the power to 40mph! We found out that there’s a bug that triggers once you hit 1/8 of fuel left it happened ever time and there’s no fix.

2013 BMW 128 review
This car has been a ton of fun to own. I searched far and wide to find a 128i couple in dark gray, with navigation. Patience paid off and I found the one I currently own several months later, and it has been an absolute showstopper. I am constantly getting compliments on this car, even though it is now seven years old. It is aging very gracefully and has not been hard to maintain. Highly recommend.

2017 BMW X5 review
The 2017 BMW X5 is the ultimate SUV that meets all my needs. It perfectly balances driving experience, comfort, practicality, and luxury. Driving the X5 is a joy, with its powerful engine and responsive handling. The air suspension provides a smooth and comfortable ride that surpasses many peers. The spacious interior and well-crafted cabin offer a luxurious experience for passengers. The X5's practicality is satisfying, with an enormous cargo space and ample interior storage. Advanced technology and abundant comfort features further enhance its all-around capabilities. Overall, as a top-tier luxury SUV, the X5 stands out among its class and meets all my expectations for an excellent SUV. It remarkably combines driving pleasure, comfort, and practicality, delivering an outstanding overall experience. The X5 is undoubtedly a top choice in its segment, worthy of consideration.

JN 777 Motors review
Vang was a big help in purchasing a vehicle remotely. Patient and informative. Trustworthy dealer.
2015 BMW 528 review
Bought this vehicle pre-owned in 2019 at a fabulously discounted price. Had only 19,000 miles on it at the time (probably only driven to church and the grocery by a nice widow). Now, in 2025, has 55,000 miles on it. Probably the best automobile I have ever owned. Performance is outstanding, repair history as good if not better than any other vehicle I owned. I added a BMW-focused, after-market Carplay system in 2021 to my existing onboard electronics system. Has worked very well and did an admirable of replacing the BMW Connected Drive system after the latter went dark. Biggest problem has been the tires wore out and I am replaciong the back struts and shocks, but some of that may be my fault. Otherwise, subjected to routine maintenance and had NO issues. Would buy again in a minute.

I had an outstanding experience with Car Depot Pasadena. From start to finish, the service was professional, transparent, and genuinely customer focused. A special shoutout to German Villegas, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Quick, classy and fun. Makes you feel good every time you start it. There are cars that do many things better, but as a package it cannot be beat.

Great car. Brought the same car twice. The dual clutch is amazing. More comfortable and roomy than my Corvette. Loved the adjustable driving modes. The retractable hard top is to die for! Fantastic car!

2017 BMW 640 Gran Coupe review
Always been a BMW enthusiast and usually crave for the top-of-the-line models (such as M6 or 650i), but this F06 640i GranCoupe has shocked me. Not only does it feature the N55B30 3.0L Inline-6 TwinPower Turbo engine, producing 315 horses and 330 lb-ft of torque. It does weigh a little on the heavy side for a sedan at 4190 lbs (2227 kg), however, it is no slouch with a 0-60mph time of 5.3 seconds. BMW somehow has perfected the Inline-6 engines allowing it to produce as much horsepower and torque as V8s many generations ago with the added benefit of great fuel economy (I'm averaging about 23 in the city and 29 on the fwy). Purchasing a used one was one of the best decisions I've made, though it took me a while to find the car with the exact options that I wanted such as Active Cruise Control (radar cruise where it adjusts the speed according to the car in front and will stop completely if the car in front stops), Night Vision technology, Bang and Olufsen sound system. I was able to purchase one that's about 2 years old for almost half the price of the new ones with the options equipped (~$87k). Loving the way it drives and looks everyday; though it's not the top of the line 650i or the M6, I still get compliments from many as it has the M-Sport package with great looking aerodynamic body kits. You will not disappoint purchasing an used one because not only does it feel luxurious, it has decent power and awesome fuel economy compared to other V8 luxury sedans. Highly recommended!

Pacific BMWReviews
Pacific BMW review
I had an amazing car-buying experience at Pacific BMW thanks to Bob and James. From the moment I walked into the dealership, both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient as we looked at different options. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect vehicle without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. James was equally phenomenal, handling the logistics and communication flawlessly. His professionalism, transparency, and friendly attitude turned what is usually a stressful process into an absolute breeze. Even after the sale, his communication has been excellent. If you are looking for a seamless, honest, and top-tier experience at Pacific BMW, I highly recommend asking for Bob and James. They are absolute professionals who truly care about their customers!

2016 BMW M5 review
I am a automotive mechanic and have been looking for an amazing car. Test drove GTR, SHELBY GT500, CORVETTE, SUPRA ECT. Never thought that a 4 door Sedan like an F10 M5 machine would change my mind on the whole situation. This is by far the best car you can get for the money and none of the others can even keep up with it

Aaron provided us the best customer service I’ve ever had at a dealer. 5 stars all around my son purchased his vehicles here
2023 BMW M3 review
The M3 has gotten very luxurious while losing nothing in performance. Choices abound. the car starts in comfort/efficiency mode, if you are just going to the supermarket. But two "M" buttons on the steering wheel (you set them up yourself) can quickly change that. I have M1 set up for sporty and M2 for "to the max". The seats are a bit firm. I can ask the car to cool itself via a BMW app 10 minutes before I arrive. Many things like that. The manual transmission is standard BMW, similar to my 14 year old 1M. Many options are via virtual buttons, menus, and submenus, but I got used to it faster than I expected. Through the app I can check how much gas I have and what the tire pressure is and where I've driven (you can turn that off). It can connect to the dealer for regular maintenance. It's amazing! I'm not crazy over the electric clutch, but I'm getting used to it.

Zee Motors Inc review
My wife and I bought a car from Zee. He's an excellent salesman because he lets the car sell itself and he doesn't try to push a deal. it was a very pleasant experience. We looked for a car for 8 months until we found the right car and Zee had it right there on the lot.

2020 BMW X3 review
This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

2021 BMW 530e review
This is an excellent car. I was surprised by the acceleration of the electric motor when driving in the electric mode. The transition between the electric motor and the gasoline engine is seamless. This is a great car and it has exceeded my expectations. I ony have to go to the gas station about once a month. Over 60 percent of my driving is on the electric motor.

Certified Benz & Beemer review
I felt my experience with Benz & Beemer was great. From my initial contact with the dealership to purchasing my 2023 BMW 840i, each step of the process was smooth and professionally handled. Any questions I had were promptly responded to and answered. I want to give a shout out to Andy and Claudio of Benz&Beemer who were instrumental in making my car buying experience worry free and enjoyable.
2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Here's links to my issues with the car they sold me! https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-Bill.pdf https://thebassplayer.com/BMW-1.mp4 If I don't get a check by the end of the month, a lawyer friend told me it's a slam dunk in small claims count.
