2021 Ford Bronco Sport review
Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.

2018 Ford F-150 review
Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid review
Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
Bought to replace a Cruze that was a real road warrior . 2025 Trax 3 cyl does 70 mph plus on trips with 3 adults in comfort . LS model had no rear hatch cover . Bought one off FB Marketplace for $10. Dealer wanted $235. Used the rubber floor mats from the old Cruze and snapped right into place on the Trax for the winter weather . Doing more frequent oil changes because of wet belt setup . Originally wanted a Buick Envista but felt the $21200 Trax was basically the same car for thousands less .

2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.

2022 Nissan Sentra review
Great car for commuting. Have high safety scores which I tested on March 30th. I was hit from behind at 50mph and I walked away. My 2022 Monarch Orange/Black Sentra SR was shortened by 3 feet front and back. I just bought a 2023 Gun metal/Black SR Premium to replace the 2022. Best small car I driven to date.

2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
It’s currently summer 2025, I’ve owned my 2020 Wrangler Sahara since spring 2021. I LOVE my jeep and have had ZERO issues with it. This is my 2 nd Wrangler, first one was 2915 New. No issues with it at either. Mine is a 4 cl turbo. I didn’t want that I wanted a 6 cl. My husband convinced me to buy it and I’m glad I did. I have 59,000. Miles currently and I haven’t had to replace anything besides general maintenance.

2024 Jeep Compass review
We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche review
I currently own a 2011 Chevy avalanche LS with several upgraded packages. Exterior…I really like the design of the truck and some people say the big pillars in the bed are a blind spot but I’ve never really had an issue with them. Interior…the dash is cracked in several places (before I bought it) and the interior has some loud rattles. But the seats are very comfortable and the coil suspension gives the truck an incredible ride. Handling is a little squishy and acceleration isn’t great but usually your not buying a truck for speed :) The Midgate is an extremely cool feature that I feel like a lot of people skip over…very intuitive design and on hot days I pop the back window out and store it in the mid gate for a “almost” convertible feel. Overall I would recommend the truck 8/10

2025 Honda Accord Hybrid review
Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L Review (1,500 miles) After careful research, I purchased a Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L and have now put just over 1,500 miles on it. As a tough critic, I’d give the car an overall 9/10, with many aspects deserving 4.5/5 stars. What I Like: The Accord feels exceptionally well-refined, handsome inside and out, and surprisingly high-quality. The dashboard and infotainment system are straightforward, responsive, and user-friendly. Controls are logically placed, voice commands and hands-free calling work reliably, and call quality is excellent on both ends. I especially love the regenerative braking paddles on the steering wheel. They keep me engaged while driving (especially in the city), help recharge the battery, and reduce wear on the brake pads. The driving experience is a highlight — the car feels agile and nimble in traffic, with competent acceleration, steering, and braking. It simply feels well-engineered and enjoyable to drive. On cold Michigan mornings, the vehicle warms up quickly, the windshield defrosts fast, and the cabin reaches a comfortable temperature within about five minutes of remote start. The three-level seat heaters are effective and useful for maintaining comfort without running the heater constantly. What I Don’t Like: Headlights: While the low and high beams provide good visibility, the automatic high-beam system is finicky. It sometimes stays on too long when oncoming traffic approaches, unlike the flawless system in my previous 2018 F-150. Seat Comfort & Space: For my daily 70-mile commute, the seats are adequate. As a 6’0”, 250 lb driver, I have plenty of headroom and the car comfortably fits five adults. However, I suspect the seats may not be plush enough for longer trips, and I wish there was a bit more legroom. Fuel Economy: This is my biggest disappointment so far. I drive about 85% highway miles. In cold weather (low 40s°F). I’ve been struggling to break 38–39 mpg, with occasional warmer drives reaching 42–43 mpg. I was hoping for closer to the advertised 48 mpg combined, even in winter, and expect improvement as temperatures rise. Data Privacy: I discovered after purchase that Honda and Google are collecting significant driving and vehicle data with limited options to control or limit what is shared with them and third parties. Overall Verdict: The Accord Hybrid EX-L is a refined, comfortable, and enjoyable daily driver with excellent build quality and thoughtful features. The Little RED GTI, Andy replaced the valves after the timing belt broke creating the damage. Since Andy only provides quality replacement parts he thought this was just another service job. The valve from VW were defective and the replacement valve broke cause the engine to be scrapped. 2017 Audi A8 review
This is a car which you will love to drive. It's a driver's car and I've had the most fun owning it for over four years. I've had sports cars before and this handles as well as any sports car I have ever driven. It's 450 hp roars you too 60 in 4.5 seconds. Even with all-wheel drive, I have topped 27 mpg on a long trip. Plus, after all this, it's pure luxury.

I had been shopping for a replacement car for several months. After trying at least 5 different dealerships, mainly in Michigan, I found a Passat listed for sale at Gurley Leep Motorwerks. He contacted me about a Passat they brought back in off of a lease agreement and let me see it before it was all cleaned up. None of the other dealerships gave me this type of consideration. It turns out this other Passat was exactly what I wanted, and Gurley Leep worked with me to get it to fit into my desired price range. I am a VERY happy/satisfied customer. I keep my cars for an average of 10 years, but I will definitely come back here when I need to get a vehicle. Dear reader: highest recommendation! And I don't give that rating very often.
2025 BMW M440 review
Typical German fit, finish, and quality. The syspension does not have much difference between sport and comfort - that is the biggest complaint. Gas mileage is fantastic. The view/seating position is great and plenty of space.

2017 BMW 750 review
Got one of these gem for $20k (2017 750i with over $20k worth of options). At this price, this is worth every penny. Got small cosmetic things to fix and tablet/remote control missing that I ordered. Got about $12k worth of repair in 110k miles, so reliability is ok. Fun to drive, not an Alpina B7 or V12 but still plenty of power and can smoke almost any xxxxxxx that want to "race". I recommend getting one as this N63TU2 motor is quite reliable and fun to have. Enjoy guys!!!

2016 Chevrolet Cruze Limited review
I bought a 2016 Cruze Limited brand new in December 2015 and just this week parted ways with it at 100k miles. This was a great little car that I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again! The interior is comfortable and roomy and for the price, it has all the tech that you really need. Like most cars, it started needing more than the regular maintenance when it started getting close to 100k miles, but it’s still a reliable car and a great value. If you’re truly looking for a car to get you from A to B with a little extra in the way of amenities and you don’t have a complex about impressing people you don’t know with things you can’t afford, this car is a wonderful option.

2019 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen review
Overall the car is good for commuting. The MPG is about 29-38 mpg averages. Takes 87-91 gas. The power is quick on start up but struggles at the higher speeds. MPG goes down of low 30s at faster freeway speeds. The car makes a weird mechanical noise at start up sounds like a vent or lever opening / closing and also another weird noise when the rear view camera opens and closes when put in reverse. I dash lights for air bag are always on in yellow and emergency lights in red. I cover with black tape case at night time these are annoying. The Day time light are always on which are annoying. It does cause a slight drain on battery and alternator. If you put your parking back on when stop the lights go off. Its a rough ride even with new tires. Its a low to ground so hard to get in and out of if your tall.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

2022 Hyundai IONIQ 5 review
I have the Limited version of this car. It has a very comfortable ride compared to our Tesla M3. Range is plenty for daily commuting and long drives. The car charges very quickly at EA stations and comes with 2 years of free charging. The front seats are very comfortable and fully recline plus they are heated and cooled. The infotainment system is feature rich but the controls are a complicated mess so I mostly use Apple CarPlay with works great on the large display. I suggest you test drive this car as the photos make it seem smaller than it really is. It’s about crossover size but with a hatchback. The Digital Teal and Shooting Star matte paint colors are beautiful! My Hyundai service center has been excellent but some other Hyundai dealers are not so great. Visit your local service center before buying.

2013 Cadillac CTS-V review
I have owned my 2013 CTS-V sedan since new and have 63k miles on it. It is a pure joy to drive ,fast ,handles great, looks fantastic,etc. Gas mileage is not great around town but over 20 mpg on highway. Very reilable, new brakes at 60k and then just normal routine maintenance. I live in New Jersey and Florida - V never gets driven in snow and am on my 4th set of tires but what the xxxx it does 0-60 sub 4 seconds has 4 doors !!! I can afford to buy a lot of hot new cars but this car is such a hoot to drive I will keep forever.

2011 Cadillac CTS-V review
Incredible vehicle. Best price & performance in class when released. Daily driver that can haul 5 people in luxury and still hang with the new Corvettes of its time: 0-60 in 3.9 seconds, 1/4 mile in 12 seconds @ 120mph, top speed 198 (Although the automatic was electronically limited to 178mph). Bullet proof engine & drivetrain. Cheap to maintain. Used ones are a bargain. Where can you get a 550+ hp Reliable luxury sedan for under $40k? Prices appear to be rising, perhaps due to rarity and that the CTS-Vs are no longer being produced.
