I would have given them an overall 5 if all had worked out. I am impressed with the service. They helped me move two car-seats into a van so I could test drive it. I just figured I would need to come back to test drive without two kids, but they made it easy. What I am most happy about with them is they were honest with my husband and I. We were very excited about a van but one light was on. We weren't sure if this was a big deal or not. They checked it out and something needed replaced that on record they showed was replaced just two years ago. So it was a dud for some reason. We were very disappointed that we didn't have a van, but very pleased with the ethics of the company. They did not sell the van at all. It was auctioned off. I appreciate that they didn't just sell us the van and then we would have had problems in a relatively short amount of time. At least that would have been likely. Anyway, John was a great salesman and everyone was so nice to us. And it wasn't the stereotype jerks trying to screw you over at a used car lot. Refreshing for sure!

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Strengths **Styling**: The QX80 features elegant exterior and interior design that outshines most competitors. The Navigator's redesign was disappointing, while the Wagoneer lacks refinement. Only the Escalade matches its presence, though with a more aggressive look. **Value**: Infiniti's current market position creates pricing advantages. Feature-for-feature, the QX80 is thousands less than competitors across all trims. **Powertrain**: The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 delivers smooth power through a 9-speed transmission. I'm averaging 20-21 mpg in mixed driving (better than EPA estimates), though it requires premium fuel. **Comfort**: Ride quality and noise isolation are excellent for a body-on-frame vehicle. The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Only the pricier Escalade V offers better dynamics. **Space**: Dimensions match standard Navigator and Escalade while exceeding the Lexus LX. This Truck is for Farm and Liesure use. We take it everywhere. Hwy, City, Country Roads, Fields. I haven't had a problem yet with this truck. Pulls a 3 panel Weekender with ease. Don't really realize it is back there. I've had alot of compliements on this truck. Chevrolet has never let me down. This truck will last us for the rest of our lives. The truck is designed with the best quality and engineering I've ever experienced with any other truck brand. Beautiful design inside and out. It drives like a charm. The wheels steer like a sedan. I won't buy any other car other than a Tundra in the future.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

Has a really Big feel to it. I currently use mine to pull gooseneck trailer. I haven't had a load yet that I couldn't pull. The downsides to this truck is to me I feel it could get better fuel mileage. Also I had trouble with #4 injector...dealership replaced it. Now my AC doesn't work all the time. Although it sounds like it's blowing it isn't.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

2021 SV 24000 miles Value is awsome, only 34,000 dollars Very powerful and smooth shifts, goes up steep hills like hot knife thru butter. Did not give 5 star because: Info center surface glass stained not able to clean off imperfections. Center console does not stow to make 3 person front seat Steering wheel too small, can't drive with my knee when both my hands are busy. Poor visibility out back and side windows

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Was trying to chose between Chevrolet and Ram. To get the options I wanted I would have to shop the Laramie trim package. Chevrolet offers the LT trim level that allows you to load it up with the options I needed and at a lower price than the Ram. Chevy beats Ram on tow capacity, bed legnth, flex tailgate, and camera system is better. The new 10 speed transmission delivers great mpg. In my first long distance trip I averaged 19.5 mpg Better than my old Ram 1500.
