We chose to visit Andy Mohr due to their quick response to an email inquiry and the kindness of Carmen, our first contact. She responded to us within two minutes of our inquiry. We then worked with Evan who carefully considered our concerns and budget and showed us only appropriate vehicles. No pressure! He adjusted to our schedule and met with us twice in one day. We felt so comfortable, welcomed and confident in our conversations that we bought a car that night. Hats off to Andy Mohr!

We went in looking for a vehicle for myself and my soon to be wife. We were greeted by Tyler. He told him that we had a very strict Budget, he understood our budget and actually cared, unlike other dealers we visted. Tyler helped us select the right vehicle for us, and went the extra length for us. He is a really great salesman and is not like all other salesman. If your looking for a new or used car ask for Tyler, he will treat you right, and actually help you make the right decision.
I looked at the dealer website and saw a Yelp review recommending Larry. I sent an email to Larry with what features I wanted and a price point. We came to a deal that day. I was able to text pictures of my license, registration and insurance info. The next day I made the drive to the dealer, signed the paperwork and left in my new Pacifica. Everyone I came in contact with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend West Herr Chrysler!

We have bought 3 vehicles from Morre to date. There is no better group of folks to meet and exceed your wants and needs when it comes to buying a vehicle. Their finance team is fast and produces the deal with ease. I have horrible credit...bankruptcy ect. They were able to put me with a reputable lender....great interest rate and low payment. They really are a group of friends not sharks. Other dealerships turned me down and left me hanging....Morre didnt; they listened and made it happen. I didn't have to down grade or be put in a cheaper vehicle....my wife and I got exactly what we wanted. Like I said I have purchased 3 vehicles with them....they're a Class Act for sure.

Let me start off by saying everyone there is friendly and I feel like I got a good deal on a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler I purchased there. Now the part that made me upset was at the very end of my experience there. They pride themselves on there Seth Wadley promise. Things like free oil changes for life and life on engine. That’s all real nice but when they brought me out to my new Jeep so I can drive off in it and be proud of my new purchase, I noticed it setting in the same place it was when I test drove it earlier that day. The car was dirty on the out side and was setting on empty. I asked why and they said we don’t wash or fill up the tanks on there used vehicles. My salesman did try give me cash for gas once I started getting upset but I did not take it. The fact that they took me out to my new Jeep filthy and on empty and think that is fine. So if you buy a used $35k there they want you to drive it off the lot dirty and on empty. When I buy a new vehicle the first two places I don’t want to stop leaving the dealership is a car wash and a gas station. Very disappointed with this dealership. Won’t be back. They lost my business over $40.
Daughter???s car needed to be repaired. It was a lemon so Gil gave us to Dayshawnwho was very good to work with. He was very helpful in helping my daughter get a car she liked and could afford with the help of Tony in finances
My wife and I were extremely happy with our experience. One comment we made to the sale manager was that when one salesperson is extremely busy others should be more inclined to help so customers do not have to spend excessive time at the dealership. This by no means takes anything away from our sales person (Jonathan).
