Simply the best 3 row suv out there,superb ride,extremely quite on the road,ive been an auto technician for 29 years, I’ve worked for Toyota which was the most reliable, Lincoln which rode the best and was the most quietest and Pontiac which was the fastest, Out of the 23 cars I’ve owned my buick is on top and I challenge any of you Acura, Lexus, infinity owners to a ride & comfort contest!!

Very comfortable vehicle but it is going to be a major drain on your free cash. Had the transmission rebuilt at 93K. Very comfy but I don't trust it to drive out of towns since it is a mechanical xxx.
Mike Pattrin and his team were great to work with - seamless transaction from another state, got the entire process completed and car shipped in a week (impressive given that they don't control the shipping component). Transparent in their deal, and worked with me to get the perfect car at the right price. Would definitely buy another car from them again.

I bought this car used at 60k miles. Its comfy, but I have had three major mechanical issues with it. Each issue costing me about $2,000.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
I had bought my 2010 Impala from Dennis Lohe 3 years ago. My sister and her husband have always bought from Riley’s and trust them and they were right. Even though I live in Kansas City I know I get the best deal at Riley’s. So when I ready I emailed Dennis and told him what I wanted based on inventory on website and year end deals. I was upside down in my payments on the Impala and new I needed to trade it in! Everyone there worked with me and I LOVE my Equinox! Never once did I feel pressured by Dennis or other staff. They gave me best deal possible in the Impala and let my sister and I test drive around town on our own. Again that’s why I come to Riley’s!! My first new car, only 7 miles when we first test drove it. Since the two weeks I have had it, I have not been disappointed in my choice! Thanks again to all the guys at Riley’s, especially Dennis Lohe. I know I can still call him anytime if I have a question!

Purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave in October and immediately experienced transmission surging going downhill in our driveway. Dec 20, 2018, could not go over 27 mph nor shift gears. Towed by dealer and now awaiting a new transmission (told if available) from N. Dakota. Hope not to go the Lemon Law route!
I am very grateful for Michael Pattrin and his hard work in finding me the perfect vehicle for me. I recently was put in a difficult position without a vehicle for a few weeks, but Michael made it quick and easy with the entire process of finding and purchasing a BMW X5. I look forward to doing business again in the future!

My 2014 Buick Enclave has been making a roaring sound. When you speed up it gets louder .when you slow down it lets up. But roar is there all the time. Why. .?.?

They were willing to stay late to wait on me to get there. Once we come to an agreement on price. The paper work was quick & easy. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I bought the loaded Enclave used, with 110,000 km. The alternator died the first year of my ownership; thankfully, It was replaced under warranty (an $850 job). The Enclave is a big vehicle, with three row seating (the third row being quite tight). I actually moved a full-size refrigerator in this vehicle, and towed my 20 foot boat regularly. I had a number of issues with the Enclave during my ownership (I traded it with 225,000 km after four years). The a/c system needed an expensive repair, and the a/c accuators needed replacement (I did the job myself). Had to strip off the driver side door skin to fix a problem. But the biggest problem was the gas mileage. I averaged about 17 litres per 100 km on the computer (16.6 miles per imperial gallon, 13.4 miles per US gallon).
Always a great experience with keith Hilliard hes the best! He got me to the price and payment for I needed to get a dependable vehicle.

My family and I are so pleased with the Buick Enclave that we have vowed to never own another SUV. This Vehicle should be rated number 1. Power, Performance, Stylish, Comfortability, Safety and Space. Beyond my expectations. I will buy this SUV over and over again.
Not only does our dealer service all our cars, they give us good prices on tires. You may find them a bit cheaper somewhere else, but not with the back up help our dealer gives us over the life of the tires.

Spacious than it looks; very comfortable third row seat, enough legroom for adults, rare in other mid-sized SUVs; very well-thought of designs such as lights are dimmed while remote started, integrated headlight for turning, liftgate safety lock etc. Handling well; smooth ride. Very clean underhood.
Bought the car sight unseen by just looking at pictures and talking to them over the phone. They went out of there way to make it a great purchase. The personal delivery to my door 1600 miles away was perfect and enjoyable and the car was all i expected and then some.

I just had my first experience at Bob McCosh and I would go back in a heartbeat! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I worked specifically with Jason Lang who helped service my car. When the dealership didn't have the specific part to fix my car, he drove to another dealership (20 miles away) to get that part for my car. The excellent customer service stood out to me and I will definitely use them again!
Purchased May 2018, with only 7,000 miles on it.

The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
