I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

Car has been good have had it for a couple of years but Now both doors on passenger side will either lock or they won't. And I feel like that's a problem.

Dealer kept me apprised of the stays of my car, checked for any problems and resolved them to my satisfaction.

Traveling down super slab 81 on Christmas day with Sprinter Navion motorhome. Water pump failed. Called them about 8:30, day after Christmas 2025. They sent a tow and had us in the shop in a couple hours, repaired it and had us back on road about 4:30. They were very accommodating to fit us into their schedule, saving us lots of time. So i didn't get the car i really still want it i keep seeing it 😔😔 i can afford it but I never been without a job more than two years ....but 2 yrs ago I was hit by two vehicles on my job and hadn't worked since 😔 I'm wondering if I could put more money down could I possibly still get this car ....just a thought
