Everyone I dealt with on this lot was very helpful. I fully appreciated the effort Ron put in to find me the car I wanted. Nick, in sales, was also very helpful and made the hand off of the car a very pleasant experience. Joe, who worked with us in financing the car, made a normally tedious experience a pleasure. We will be back when it is time to get another car.

First off when I small talk about looking at other cars the owner Jay Leonard amazed me by complimenting the other dealership that I was speaking of. Secondly they accommodated me to the T I had test drove a car and decided I didn't like it they brought me another car to my job to switch it out to continue test-driving I ended up buying that truck the next day and they even dealt with my dad for a few hours LOL thanks Josh Brinkman and Jay Leonard and everyone else there that helped us I love my Equinox
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
Very helpful and courteous. Even called me back promptly to help me and answer my questions. The Lady even told me to call back when I was ready to buy. She was very polite and friendly. I liked that she was not not pushy.
I stopped in to JUST look but when Brian took such good care of all of my needs and made the car buying experience so easy, I ended up leaving with a new car. Brian along with his team met every need that I threw at them. From no down payment ment, the payment I could afford and the type of vehicle that I needed. Preferred is A1 with me. Nathan was very responsive to email and got the details worked out easily. I liked having the VIN number and Carfax and multiple pictures of the car posted on the website so I could research it ahead of time. Like that they have a shop that examines the car for needed repairs ahead of time. It was in great shape when I got it.
Friendly , professional staff. Great selection of vehicles. The salesman that worked with me had a lot of patience. I was undecided as to which vehicle I wanted. He remained focused on my needs. Will recommend to anyone !
Shannon was great. He calmed my nerves, set me up with exactly what I needed within my budget. I didnt even realize it until Thanksgiving day but I gained an additional seat in my third row that my previous SUV did not have. Service all the way around was wonderful from the time the service guys intercepted me, until I was driving off in my new car. It was a scary situation I had on the high way with my power steering and rack and pinion going completely out. The service guys calmed me down and entertained my boys. I appreciate all that was done for me. Everyone was great!
Drove 3 1/2 hours to Stykemain Chev. to purchase a vehicle. The majority of the sale was completed on line. I used my own Credit Union so the dealer had minimal work completing paperwork. Eli and Jesse made the experience fun. After the purchase and drive back a few items needed to be addressed. They took care of it in a quick manner.
