This was by far the very best car buying experience I ever had. Everyone I interacted with were professional, sincere and respectful to me! No pushy salesmen here either on the floor or in the finance office!

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

I recently bought a newer used Chevy Tahoe from Sapaugh. My salesman Randy was a very good and upfront person to deal with. I would go back to Sapaugh and Randy for any other vehicle that I was looking to purchase. It was easy and comfortable.

Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Ann Arbor review
Stephany worked really hard to make sure the car was exactly what I was looking for. I was very specific with my requirements and she made sure I was taken care of. It was a rainy day & she had my car in the showroom so I could inspect it thoroughly before taking it for a drive. I was impressed with her attention to detail!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my BMW X3! Jory Nawrocki and the Sales Manager were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that every detail was taken care of. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. I absolutely love my new BMW and would highly recommend Jory and the team!

2017 Buick Encore review
I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Great team very patient salesman Mike Bellant i never write these but would like to tell others that going there will change your perception of used car salesmen. Thanks again i will be back Rick
2020 Buick Encore review
The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

On entering my vehicle drove Thur an all body and underbody check. I liked that! Was greeted with a smile, friendly answered all my concerns wait was short 30 minutes and I was out the door. I will be returning!
2022 Buick Encore review
I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

Salesman Dan Austin was a great guy. We explained we were interested in a Ford Mustang Gt but lived 2 hours away and couldn’t come until the next morning. He set the car aside. We came next morning drove the car and purchased it. Beautiful 1 owner car we’d been searching for. Thanks again Dan!
2021 Buick Encore review
We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!
