They gave me time to read the whole contract, no pressure, even offered me water. That almost never happens - usually they rush you like it’s an assembly line.

Very good vehicle. Not that great on gas, but ok for all wheel drive. Lots of room up front, really like the the all wheel drive.

Employees are always friendly and courteous! All of my appointments have been easy to make. The service is always done in a timely manner! Great service department! Not sure why they are selling greeting cards and candy ( besides the vending machines) but it seems a little tacky, just my opinion

I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

I bring my car back to this dealer for all of my servixe and repairs. They are always great about explaining things to me and getting things done quickly. I'm very happy with their service.

The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

Not good at first, I had to take my vehicle back twice

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Stopped in at 3:30. Drop my truck off the next day. Headed back that same day. Excellent service. Thank you

We love this car. Drives well. interior has a luxury car feel. my husband and i are both tall and a little heavy and there is plenty of room in both front seats for us. you do need to have light weight, slightly shorter friends for the back seat. the only drawback i can even think of is there is not a ton of room for multiple suitcases if you are picking up another couple at the airport. other than that, this is a great auto. we have had it for 3 years and have not had one single problem with it!!!

I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

I have purchased sverql pick up trucks from this dealership over the last 5 years for my landscaping compqny. They carry a wide range of used trucks, qnd their prices absolutely cannot be beat! The salesmen, JR and Nick are very friendly and are definitely real car guys. Good, honest people selling affordable cars. The inside of the dealership could use some paint and new lighting, but they do have a great snack machine! Highly recommended if your in the market for an affordable usd car.

I bought 2014 Premium AWD used w, 30k miles and odometer now reads 179k. The car has been very reliable , I have replaced the water pump, timing belt, and done brakes and oil changes, I also fixed the manifold/valve cover issue. These were all normal Repairs . I am pretty good with maintenance, so that is key w this car. If you just drive it, don’t change oil or fluids then like any car you will have problems . This one has been very good .

I drove my 2013 Encore off the showroom floor. It was a luxurious step up for me in terms of interior comforts. I especially love the heated seats and steering wheel. The cup holder design needs a lot of work - they were skimpy with them. Overall, I am still in love with my Encore - more leg and headroom than 90% of other vehicles on the market - I know, I tried 57 other models before finding my Encore.

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

Went in for a state inspection around 8:30am and left around 10:00am. Friendly staff, complimentary hot beverages and water with available vending machine. Will visit again.

I have been working on getting a car for weeks now, honestly I was going to throw in the towel, I was beyond frustrated with the process in it's entirety. I had gone to as is dealer, the car had warning lights as soon as it started. I tried a "Home delivery" website (I won't mention it here) and after days of putting me through the ringer the denied the sale hours before delivery. I even went to a name brand car dealer but the were high presser and instead of working with the budget I wanted they were pushing a new car, which would have raised my insurance and cost far more than I wanted. Finally I went to easyauto, let me tell you, they're not kidding. Alex was outstanding! He endured my stubborn, picky and pain in the pants ways, not only did I get my mini but his customer service was excellent. He was friendly, and worked with my budget on what I wanted to pay and what wanted as a car. He did ask if I would be interested in something other than a Mini, and I told him if it came to it I'd let him try 😉 By the end of the paperwork I got to pick from 2 different minis. The car I bought has a 30 day warranty, they offer a extended warrenty and gap insurance as well. Alex was professional, an excellent read on people. He worked with me and my budget, and honestly I'm sorry I wasted my time anywhere else. I recommend any one who wants a used car, to check out easyauto, the cars were high quality, well maintained and everyone in there was friendly and welcoming. Love the size of the automobile, use regular gas, good gas mileage, the has a heavy feel to it; it is not lite weight and inexpensive, it feels like a luxury vehicle when you ride in it. I love the metallic black color; the brilliant color gives it a fantastic look.

I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

Car has been good have had it for a couple of years but Now both doors on passenger side will either lock or they won't. And I feel like that's a problem.

I have had mine for 5 years . The only issue is the trim peeling . It handles great in the snow here in the mountains colorado.

Jessica was great, she handled the entire process start to finish over the phone. Nick picked me up from the airport, there was no sales pressure. I was able to test drove the truck without someone looking over my shoulder and telling me where to turn. Some dealers are using the CV19 situation to limit the test drives to the actual dealer parking lot. I drove the truck back to Indiana without any issues, still running good. Beautiful, solid truck, I would buy from them again.
