Ever since I have moved here a little over a year ago, I have always taken my ford vehicles to a Ford Quick Lane for regular oil changes. When I moved, I was not to sure where to go for my oil changes and regular maintenance. I have found an AMAZING Ford Quick Lane Service Center. It is located on Hughes Rd, right off of Interstate 72 in Madison, Al. The staff there are Amazing, I personally want to Shout Out to Kasey Allen - Service Writer!!!!! Ever since I started going there, he has ALWAYS gone Above and Beyond with his GREAT Customer Service, he treats me with the Upmost Respect and makes me feel like part of his family!!! He always answers all my questions and is an AWESOME Listener!!!! He explains everything in detail and takes his time to make sure I understand everything!!!! I HIGHLY Recommend this Ford Service Center to Everyone!!!! You will definitely be treated with GREAT Customer Service from Kasey and everyone!!!! 2017 Buick Encore review
I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.
