I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Kay, Michael, and especially Constance. From start to finish, they took incredible care of us and made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Kay and Michael were fantastic right from the beginning, expertly negotiating the price for us through email and making sure we got a great deal without any hassle. Constance, however, was truly exceptional. Her impeccable professionalism, extensive knowledge, and genuine care stood out the entire time. She anticipated our needs, answered every question thoroughly, and handled every detail with the highest level of competence and warmth. She made us feel completely supported and confident throughout the whole experience. This team is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation — they turned what could have been a complicated process into an awesome, positive experience. Thank you, Kay, Michael, and especially Constance!
2016 Buick Encore review
I really like how it drives and rides. I knew I was getting a 4 cyl turbo, more for mileage than performance and it isn't even bad at performance. I have liked this body style since it came out. Mine specifically has the river rock metal flake paint. Making it a bit unique in my area. I had an uncle when I was younger that love Buick for the ride. It doesn't disappoint. For a very small SUV it rides very smooth and quiet. Mine is pretty much a base model without AWD, but that's fine as I have a winter beater. The stereo system sounds great even if it isn't the premium sound an upgraded model may have. Don't buy it thinking that you're going to set a 0-60 record. Buy it knowing that the turbo 4 cyl is for fuel economy and a decent take off. I'm more impressed owning it now than I thought I would be.

The interior is spacious, Beautifully styled interior. The exterior is nicely styled. The middle console is small. The infotainment center is easy to use once you learn how.

I love that it's not big for a SUV. I just wished it had more trunk space. I love the back up camera and that it connects to my android phone.

This car is easy to drive. But needs more trunk space. Needs more USB plugs. Needs a constant power USB plug. Needs a touch screen and a place to put your phone when it is charging.

Central FL Motors LLC review
The people were very friendly. But I guess I did not read the information correctly or completely on the internet, because all of their inventory has rebuilt titles. They have all been involved in major wrecks. I was not interested in that. But they were very friendly. All of the vehicles had prices and the doors unlocked so you could see the interiors. Just not what I was looking for.

I've driven cross country several times without a problem. It handles the road very well, even in high winds. It has ample storage and everything is easily accessible and in reach of the driver.

2017 Buick Encore review
I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

I came in for an oil change and left with a brand new truck. This dealership is amazing. They got me to the price and payment I needed to get the truck and gave me more money than what my truck was actually worth. If you are looking for a reputable dealership you need to come to Mike Erdman Nissan and see Tommy and the manager Eric. They are awesome

2020 Buick Encore review
The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

2016 Buick Encore review
I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.
