Had a great experience leasing a 2026 GMC Sierra 3500 from Woody Buick GMC. Started with an online inquiry and we texted and called, negotiated the deal and we went in and test drove the truck, they reviewed our trade and we then learned about the new truck’s features and then signed and left. Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... Being a long-time friend and customer of Mike's, I went to his GMC service center for replacement, and was grateful that Bill Haggerty replaced the missing cover without charge! Our experience was wonderful, as was Jamie. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed or pushed. He encouraged us to test drive vehicles before making a decision and didn't try to influence us. Jamie also spent nearly an hour going through everything about the car and about the electronics before we drove away. We will recommend Woodys GMC and Jamie to family and friends.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

I brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. the inspection dealed that I a front brake issue. Mike, the employee I dealt with describe the issue and what it would take to repair it and how long I would have to wait he offered free transportation home if I wanted. because of the distance that I would have to travel there and back to home, I opted to delight the two hours in the lounge. I had coffee and water and I was fine. Mike came in several times to talk about the repair. He also said he had a rebate coupon I could use and he pointed out. I had points in my Buick awards account that I could convert to dollars to pay for the repair. That was very good service save me money and the car is running fine

From originally purchasing my car at Haggerty to having my car serviced at Haggerty, my experiences have all been positive. Everyone is friendly and answers all of my questions. Work is done well and on time.
