Great experience on the purchase of our 2026 gmc 2500. Would like to have recieved our paperwork for our purchase upon delivery of the vehicle.

Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.

Had mine for 2 years now. Has been trouble free. Very reliable. I have the 2.0 l turbo. Very responsive and smooth transition between gears. Engine is quiet compared to my previous compact SUV. Nice looking in and out. Surprisingly overlooked by many buyers.

Great experience leading my truck. I thought it was not going to be a big deal but I took it for a wash, not even 48 hours after purchasing it, too realize the hood looked like someone rubbed a brillo pad on it. Massive scratches. Why didn't they notice when they cleaned it up to lease it to me? Now I'm going to be responsible for these scratches when I turn in the lease. Buy the scratch protection when you lease!

It's of a good size to give me space,but not being too big for handling. Love the interior,main feature I love is seat height of getting in and out,since I have a hip problem. Have only driven once since getting it,so can't really comment on reliability.

Overall extremely positive! Absolutely ZERO pressure to purchase, which is why we came back, and ultimately chose to purchase at Miller Chevrolet. Overall we had a good experience with American Auto Sales. Although we did not get a response to our original email query through cars.com, and although we did not get a response to our text message through their website directly, we did stop by to see the Civic that they had posted. Unfortunately for us the vehicle had sold earlier in the day, and that may have been why they did not respond quickly. However, despite those deficiencies we were introduced to another vehicle on their lot, and were offered a test drive. Although it was not originally what we’d been interested in, the 2009 Pontiac Vibe was the perfect vehicle for our daughter. They were willing to negotiate on price due to a few noticeable defects, but the sales process was simple, fast, and easy. By the next day our daughter had a good, reliable school car and we were very satisfied with our experience. Kudos to American Auto Sales!!

Nice guys. They showed me their prices and fees. The test drive process was incredibly simple. Almost too easy. When it came time to start the buying process I didn’t understand all the fees and more fees that changed the price of a 2011 Camry from 10,900 to up around 13,000. I appreciate they gotta make a living and they’re a little shop…but I’m little too. I ultimately didn’t buy, but like I said, nice guys and way easy process to test drive a vehicle.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.
