Easiest, quickest and most painless car purchase I ever made I my life. I found the Accord I was interested in on Tower’s website the night before and dropped by the next day just to take a look. Tyler was the salesman who greeted us and at no point was he pushy or trying to get us to buy the car right then. He answered our questions, we did our test drive, got our quote and told him we wanted to sleep on it. The next morning I knew I wanted the car and by lunch I was driving away in my new Honda completely satisfied and happy with my experience and purchase. I asked my salesman Kayden was anything wrong with the car and I would like a maintenance report.. he said no the car is good but I never got a maintenance report to see if anything was wrong I just went off his word, turns out the car needed 6,000 dollar repair job that I would?ve been stuck with had I not found out before my 30 day warranty was up?Kayden was so nice to get a sell, corresponding thru text, but the minute I had a problem he ignored all the text..smh.. I talked with Mr garret and Mr moe.. they?re over the sales men and they were very helpful and willing to fix the situation?and my girl vianey Seville in service was very great and easy to talk to, patient and understanding? I just hated the fact I paid for insurance and the car and I?m just now getting to enjoy it after all that, not to mention I had to pay for a rental for 2 weeks? but I would recommend this place for sure, just make sure u have a full inspection before buying a used car? but hey it?s bmw
