This is my first time going into A dealership by myself. Normally my husband would be with me, but unfortunately, he passed away a few months ago and I needed a car so it was time to put on my big girl pants and go do it. I had called first about a Buick I saw on your website. I contacted the dealership through your website and a salesperson followed up immediately. I went in that afternoon and met with Jacob Durant, and he made the whole experience a pleasure. He was fun yet very professional and knowledgeable.
