I have a 2010 Dodge Journey SXT front wheel drive 3.5 V-6.
I brought it in for an excessive oil useage problem.(2 Quarts between changes). I have been to 4 other shops before Bergstrom Kaukauna, who did not take care of the problem.
When I called Bergstrom Kaukauna, to explain my issue, Morgan from service was very helpful, and recommended a bg engine cleaning product with my next oil change. This took care of the problem. I was so frustrated before going to Bergstrom Kaukauna, and talking to Morgan, I was ready to get rid of my Journey. Thank you Morgan, and thank you Bergstrom, you have gained a customer for life.

This car met all my needs. I fell in love with the interior. It rides very smooth. I feel comfortable driving it, there’s enough leg room.
Eventually I didn't buy the car, but all things considered I received a great service and Joe (Kirsten) was very helpful, polite and made a great offer. Due to other circumstances I could not buy the car, but I would surely recommend this dealer.

This car is reliable and I love the luxuries that come with it. The interior design is very comfortable and has plenty of leg room for my husband. It has a classy exterior styling. It is quiet as a coffin on the inside and also has the best sound with the Bose system. Other nice options are the flex fuel, navigation system, keyless entry and the hands free phone.
Very informative and friendly salesperson. Called for information because of distance to this dealership and they were more than helpful. Would recommend it to family and friends

This car looks good but I have had the car sensor replaced twice in less than 2 years. They replaced 3 belts my timing belt, serpentine belt and I can’t recall the other. Now I don’t have oil light on but it’s consuming oil. Looked at the recall and they know it burns oil but don’t want to fix the problem because. It’s costly. So I have 3 years left on a car that I might have to replace the engine on. The dip stick is dry and I don’t see where the oil is going to, it doesn’t smoke like typical oil burning in the exhaust and I don’t see it leaking on the ground. Very very disappointed and would never buy another Buick period!
We purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country from Vande Hey Brantmeier in Appleton. The price was better than anything we found in the greater Milwaukee area. Dennis and Dan were an absolute pleasure to work with. No hassle. No pressure. Just helpful and accommodating at every turn. Most of all, they were honest.

Original owner and now have 134K miles on the car since 2011. Only problems have been a water pump that started leaking under warranty; vapor canister purge valve solenoid (easy fix); and a dead OnStar emergency battery pack. Otherwise the car has been bulletproof. I've replaced the battery and tires twice each. This is an extremely smooth riding and quiet car with a ton of features that were only available on much more expensive cars. I test drove the ES350, Maxima, and Infiniti G37 but kept coming back to the Lacrosse. What I got for the money was a tremendous value and I couldn't pass it up. The acceleration and handling with the V6 on the CXL are very good. I commute 104 miles a day round trip (mostly 75 mph highway) and average 22.3 mpg combined city/hwy. If you're looking for a reliable, very comfortable car that still looks good and your ego allows you to forego the cachet of the more expensive luxury brands, you won't be disappointed with a Lacrosse!
Wow what an experience this was...pulled in dropped off the car with a nice young man named Eric. He took great care of me from the start, i never felt any pressure to buy anything he offered me only the services that I requested and gave me a great deal on them. Classy & Sporty for a Mid Class American made Beauty. The extra tech installed is very nice & ease of use is excellent. I wish Buick would have kept this body style instead of changing to the generic look so many cars have. This body style had more sexy curves to it which is why I searched for it.
Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.

No wonder this Buick has had overall excellent ratings. It is a beautiful, comfortable automobile with plenty of performance. No, it is not a Mercedes or BMW but then, it is $30,000 less and in our opinion better looking.
In the 2 years that we have owned our Buick it has only been to the dealer for oil changes. We have averaged over 20 mpg with mostly city and expressway driving and over 28 mpg highway with the 3.6 V6.
Oil Change with full synthetic. Travis was very helpful. Car was done in the time promised and washed! Nice waiting area. Thank you

One fantastic car and a true pleasure to own! I cannot add much more to the previous reviews I submitted but from my nearly 4 year ownership of this car I can say that this Lacrosse has solidly sold me on Buick. Other than GM's recommended scheduled maintenance there have been no other services needed---that's it ---no other. My Lacrosse is still getting approximately 23 MPG (again, city driving mostly with very few highway trips needed) using 89 octane from the companies' formulas recommended in the owner's manual, performance from the 6 cylinder engine is like new, no irritating quirks/sounds that one begins to notice after a period of ownership and as recently as this past week the car is still getting compliments on its looks---from passersby. (I'm sure that detailing it twice a year and frequent washes help.)
It is worthy that I mention, again, it still feels solid and handles like new!I am looking forward to many more years of satisfying ownership with this LaCrosse but when it comes time to trade Buick is my choice.
Purchasing the Buick LaCrosse was one of the best auto purchasing choices I made.
I emailed them on a car to look at. They called to explain the car isn't available as major problems and going to auction. Then he offered other vehicles trying to help me find a used car I may be interested in. At the time, they didn't have a car; but so appreciated how they reached out to me.

The Lacrosse is a beautiful and stylish car with plenty of room throughout. The four cylinder engine coupled with the electric motor allows it to get the morning league we all need these days. Best of both worlds.
As I started my search for a newer truck through carfax, I found DePere Auto Center had the truck we were looking for. We sent in a request to see if it was available, and they got back to us within an hour. Phil and the team that we were able to meet were friendly and down to earth.The test drive went smoothly. There was no pressure or hassle with buying the truck form them as we would get from bigger dealerships. We even asked if we could have the truck bed to have a spray in bed liner and Phil took care of this for us. Amazed and much appreciated at the customer service we received. I know that I will be recommending DePere Auto to all my Friends and Family along with us when we need to look again.

A GREAT DEALERSHIP!I bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva on 06/23/2018. Unfortunately a month after I bought it found out the Shifter assembly needed to be replaced and was not covered under warranty. The dealership took care of it at no cost and gave me a rental. I will definitely go back there again for a car and recommend them to anyone.

I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

This car has met all my needs - and is definitely a luxury car. I got all the bells and whistles - and paid dearly for them. :-) It seems a little noisier than my last car (that I too loved - 2011 Azzera) - but still quite a car!!

I am 49 and have owned many cars. This is my first Buick. I have the Buick premium 2 which means I have every available option except for AWD. In short, this Buick is an extraordinary automotomible and offers the best of what GM has to give at the moment.
My Buick is outfitted with Magnetic Ride suspension something that GM only uses in its high end models. Not all 2015 Buicks have this suspension as 20 inch tires and I believe the Premium 2 package is needed. I would not have purchased this car with the Magnetic ride. The Magnetic ride suspension rivals the best suspensions of Mercedes and Audi. This particular suspension uses heated coils to create a phenomenal ride that constantly monitors the road for imperfections and bad pavement issues.
In addition to the exceptional ride, the car is very quiet, quieter even than the Cadillac XTS, the car that shares the same platform as the Buick Lacrosse. My Lacrosse has the upgrade 11 speaker Bose sound system, upgraded leather and a panoramic roof. It also have navigation( the screen is plush but very slow to respond)
I know that the Lacrosse does not sell well in the States but does sell very well in China. Have no idea what Buick spent to develop this car, but I know it must have been a great deal. It’s to bad that so few people have purchased this car as they are missing out on what is one the best automobiles on the road today.
Service people ALWAYS great me at my car as I drive in for service. The workers always appear happy and glad to see me. They verify what my service needs are. They speak to me politely and provide eye contact. They walk with me to their desk and we fill out paper work. They make the experience hassle free. I actually look forward to service with Bergstrom. It's fun to visit with other people in the waiting room over coffee and cookies.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

I purchased my 2016 Buick Lacrosse December 2016. However, on August 22, 2018, not even two years that I have my car there was a problem with the transmission. I had to have it towed to the dealer and their analysis was "the transmission and the car would not even go in reverse. This happened while I was driving on a major street, alone and very scared and upset. I contacted GMC to request that they compensate me for my inconvenience. However, they contacted the dealer and essentially, I was told there was nothing they would do. I explained that I did not feel safe driving a car that is not two years old that has had transmission problems. After they kept the car for week/half I drove the car and it skipped again. Took it back to dealer and service manager drove it but it did not skip on him (doctor in). I have been driving buicks for over 30 years and I am thoroughly disappointed with GMC. I cannot keep paying a car note for a car that has transmission issues before it is even two years old and GMC will not give me any kind of compensation. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GMC EVER AGAIN. I WILL HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER STEPS. WHAT DO THEY DO, WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING DRASTIC HAPPENS????
Was looking for a new Buick Encore for my wife and searched around the Metro Milwaukee Area to no avail. Searched the internet and found just the perfect car up at Plach, 90 miles away. Started the buying process by phone and was amazed at how easy they made it. The price was great, and they kept finding more programs that saved us even more on the final price. The drive up and back was definitely worth it! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone and will go back to them when we are in the market for another vehicle.

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
