I bought a Ford Escape today from the Bridgeport dealership. I hopefully got everyone???s name right, because I couldn???t thank them more. All of their cars look brand new at great prices. They did everything they could to help me.
Tom Brown is awesome! I had a trade in and got a great price for my car and found this beautiful 2018 fully loaded GMC. Tom and Kevin who handled the financing made it all super easy and helped me out in anyway they could. I never thought buying a car would be so simple!

Bought a 10-year-old Chevy Prizm at the dealership. 7+ years later, we are still driving the car after more than 100,000 miles (about 150K total). Now, it has rust issues and is burning oil, but it has never let us sit and it's had very few repairs. At the end of the day, this was a good purchase. Oh also, I drove more than 200 miles for the car (so the price was very good compared to others) and everything was taken care of at the dealership in about 30 min.
Nice experience. We bought new Encore from Bob Sekora. He listened to what we had to say and accurately presented and reviewed what was available from stock and available within a day or two. Everything up-front. No suddenly appearing costs, surcharges or pressure and he made sure we felt comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership.
Very professional and up front, told me what was wrong with the car before he had it fixed and ready to sell. Super easy buying process and i even got to test drive the vehicle. I love my monte carlo! Thanks Tom
I have owned a Prius previously and loved it and was looking for another, but just wanted it for a winter car and didn't want to pay a great deal for it. Mike, at Elite Auto Outlet had the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I looked at his You Tube video and the way he described it was the way it was. His car was the best price I could find. A one owner with a great maintenance record. Couldn't be happier.
I have always been pleased with the Service Department at Bob Robinson Chevrolet. I have known Linda Reese (Assistant Service Manager) and Donnie Bowman (auto mechanic) since I purchased my 2003 Aztec. At that time, they both were part of the service team at the Welty dealership in town. Welty was then purchased by Bob Robinson and they wisely chose to retain both Linda and Donnie in their dealership. When it came time to buy a new
car, I followed Linda and Donnie to the new dealership. I am a proud owner of a 2011 Chevy Equinox. My recent visit to the service department was to correct a problem I had with my steering wheel. I had just brought my car in for a 5000 mile oïl change and tire rotation. When it was done, I drove home and noticed a shimmy in the steering wheel.
Donnie rotated and balanced all four tires but the shimmy still persisted. Sean Crow (Service Manager) decided to remove the tires from a new car and put them on my car. That way, we found out there was nothing wrong with the car itself. Donnie then tried using a special machine that perfectly aligned the "sweet spots" of both the rim and the tire on all four wheels. That was the solution! It took a lot of work and patience on the part of Linda, Donnie, and Sean to solve the problem. (It took three different visits to the service department!) In the end, it was no cost to me. That is why I will purchase my next new car
at Bob Robinson Chevrolet. This is a true commettent to both a vehicle and a service department. I might add that, eventually, I will be replacing my current Equinox with a new
one. I have never repeated car models before. That should tell you something!
I came to check out a few vehicles that I was wanting, but couldn't decide between. Jolynn Peshek immediately greeted myself and my young son with a warm smile and was very welcoming. I told her that I wasn't ready to purchase at this time, but needed to research and see the vehicles I was interested in. I expected a salesperson to be put off, knowing full well that they weren't getting a sale right away, but I was wrong! Jolynn was very accommodating. She readily showed me both vehicles I was researching and thoroughly explained each of their features clearly and was very knowledgeable! I haven't had that positive of an experience with any car salesperson to date.
She was not aware of this, but I had been to this dealership previously, when I purchased my last car. I did not purchase from them because the salesman who greeted us at that time immediately only spoke to my husband and then, when I made it clear that I was the one looking for a vehicle and asked about the higher end car I wanted, made a comment about looking at something "not so pricey", as if he knew what I could afford by looking at me. I was very insulted. That was a few years ago and I have not been back since. I only came this time because the dealership is nearby and I needed to see the cars quickly and they had both.
Jolynn made myself and my son feel very comfortable and answered all questions (including some of his sillier ones!) I felt very relaxed with her and am hopeful to be able to make a final decision very soon.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALESPERSON!!!!
I have to say everyone at Oliverio Buick was very personable and willing to help with whatever. Duane came in on his day off and made my day by getting us the vehicle asap. The whole process was great from just looking to finance to instruction on how to use the vehicles Bells and Whistles. I really couldn't be happier with everything!
This was buy far the best car buying experience I have ever had! The men Rob and Tom both stayed until 8pm on a Saturday when they closed at 4pm to complete my purchase. They were beyond nice and friendly. What I loved most was they were so honest and not just trying to sell me anything. They were only interested in my interest! Best customer service I have ever had with such a big purchase hands down! I recommend everyone to see these guys!
