This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

I purchased this car as a daily driver to keep highway miles off of my really nice vehicles (Escalade and Corvette), and to haul around our 100 LB Doberman. I have been amazed at the performance of this car with its 1.3 Liter turbo. Mine is the Encore GX ST model, which includes some convenience features you don't expect in a bare bones commuter. AWD, Automatic headlights and dimmers, heated seats, among others. no matter how hard I drive it, I get 30 MPG average, and can get more on a trip. About to turn 50k miles without a problem. Original tires are still in great shape! I will buy another one if and when this one ever wears out.

Okay a 1.3 L with turbo doesn't sound impressive, but it got me up to highway speed just fine and scored 30 MPG the whole way. Just the wife and me...having kids along would make it too cramped, but for us the compact but well appointed cabin was comfortable and the entertainment options plentiful. Really enjoyed it over all.

I was looking at getting a wagon without spending tons of money going German. Have had the Regal TourX for a year and a half now and have loved every minute. Have the AWD model and it was great in the snow. And I don't have to worry about my transmission going like my poor Subaru friends. This is a rebadged Opel Insignia fyi. Not in production anymore as Buick has gone to an all SUV linup Tl:Dr Great value wagon with lots of space. Nothing flashy but no problems since buying it a year ago.

My last truck (was a 2015 Chevy Silverado Z71 L2) that I Traded on my 2019 New Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I live in NE Ohio, about 4 hours from this dealership. It pays to SHOP out of town or state to get a BETTER DEAL than I could locally where I live. My Trade, I even purchased at the Jeff Wyler Chevy Dealership in Columbus, Ohio in 2015 as the ones around where I live (some very large dealerships) just were NOT shooting straight with me or giving me the deal that was “FAIR”. I Strongly Recommend a Sales Person there named CHAD. He is Young, not fully knowledgeable of every single question you may ask (but answered MOST); HOWEVER, he was honest about not knowing the ones he could not answer, let me know that and sought out the answers for me. By FAR, he put the other dealerships I was trying to deal with locally to shame, and I would use him again in a heartbeat with no hesitations!! He even went the extra mile and delivered my new truck to their sister Chevy dealership in Columbus for me to pick up to save me 4 hours round trip. Chad and Jeff Wyler Dealership honored all they said they would do, even AFTER the delivery. I personally think they are a great dealership to work with !! Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!

I bought it used fron Carvana with 49000 miles on it. When it had around 100,000 miles on it i had to replace the middle 2 coils. I did it myself for $100 each. Took me 30 minutes on each one. It now has 137000 miles on it and the check engine light has been on since 110000 indicating a "failing turbo". It shows no signs of failing and continues to run good. just drove it from Florida to Texas and back (1800 miles) It ran good. I have had 4 Buicks and very little trouble with them. I would definitely recommend this car. Beautiful and easy care- just change oil ecery 5000 miles and it keeps going.

Business traveler. Had a warning light come on and searched for the nearest GMC dealership. It was late on a Friday afternoon. They were able to get the truck in and diagnosed. Their diesel tech agreed to come in on a Saturday to complete the 6 hour repair. Offered me a shuttle to a local hotel for the evening. Was back on the road at noon the next day. Top notch service.

Beautiful car but get the 6cyl or you’ll be disappointed with its lack of power. The Lacrosse is the perfect cross between luxury and sport. Great comfort, excellent sound system, quiet ride, quick acceleration, tight road handling. The plethora of technology takes about two weeks to adapt but soon becomes second nature. Reasonable economy/gas mileage. The touch technology for temperature control is a bit awkward. I had my lacrosse checked by my mechanics and got a thumbs up. This is my 6th Buick, it continues to please just remember to get the 6 cylinder

Have owned my White 2020 GS for this car for a little while and it is a all around great vehicle with good performance and handling, reliability and easy maintenance, electronics and features that cost way more on other vehicles. The versatility of the hatchback allows you to load a ton of items which I have done on several occasions, get people staring often because of it stylish design. Only thing I would change would be to add the Comfort seats instead of the current sport ones.

Salesperson came out into the cold to meet us. He helped us understand the differences in size between different models and ballpark price ranges do we could quickly make a decision. We were working on paperwork within 15 minutes of pulling up!

My wife and I have been looking for a midsize midrange convertible for years and after seeing a Cascada in a parking lot knew this was the car we wanted. It has all the bells and whistles you’d find in a BMW, Mercedes or Audi at a fraction of the cost to purchase and maintain. Although they’ve been discontinued as of 2019 now is the perfect time to find a newer used car with low miles for half the sticker price. The only drawbacks are the MPG isn’t optimal and you can’t link your iPhone to the display screen, but the pros (beautiful car, tons of standard features, handles great, decent back seat / trunk space) far outweigh those two potential cons.

V6 has smooth power delivery. 9 speed transmission is smooth. AWD is great for South Dakota winter driving. Quiet cabin while driving 80mph on the Interstate. Some creaks and rattles when you hit pot holes.

Bought this car after my wife said she missed her old Solara convertible. She loves it. Drives well. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint so far is that the trunk is small—and with the top down it’s almost non-existent. Her golf clubs ride in the front seat. We’ve only had it two weeks, so can’t comment meaningfully on reliability. But she loves it.

Bought mine new in August 2017. I bought the LaCrosse Premium. It's now Junie 2022, so I'm coming up on 5 years in about 2 months. So far I have had absolutely no problems. Have never had to take it in for anything, so it's been 100 percent trouble free. Just normal oil changes. Acceleration has always been good, 0-60 in about 5.7 seconds. To me, anything under 6 seconds is just fine. My average overall gas mileage has been 27 miles per gallon, and I usually get about 36 miles per gallon on trips. On flat terrain, it can be closer to 40 mpg. I now have over 70,000 miles on it, and it still feels just as quick as the day I bought it. It's comfortable, very quiet and has been 100 percent reliable. I traded in a 2016 Honda Accord Touring V6 when I bought this. Acceleration is just about even with the Honda, but the Buick is much more quiet and comfortable than the Honda Accord was. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a Buick LaCrosse to anyone looking for an incredibly reliable and comfortable car.

I test drive any car that I am considering purchasing. I even borrowed my sister’s 2022 Envision fora weekend to see if I might like it as well as she does. The car feels very solid with no rattles - fit and finish is very good - it’s engine has plenty of go for its size - and it’s handling is very secure- interior is laid out good - seats are comfortable including the rear but I have to say I wouldn’t want to spend much time back there but I am 6’2” tall. It’s audio system is very good with plenty of volume without static and very clear highs and low notes. My sister has about 15,000 miles on it she drives a lot for her job. Have had my 2023 for about ten days now and so far I am happy with my purchase. Thank You BTW Reliability I only gave a 4 because I haven’t had it long enough yet.

Since 2011 I’ve noticed and admired the newly designed Buick Regal and every time I saw them I wondered about them. I had a 1998 Buick Regal GS with the super charge 3.8 litre engine thatI sold years ago. Fast forward to 2021 and here I am a proud owner of a 2017 Regal Premium 1 with the 2.0 turbo engine. Let me say that I love this car. I love the room in it and the comfortable leather seats and because I’m here in Toronto, Canada area the heated seats and steering wheel. My Regal is a sweet car! Quick as a whip and great on gas. My wife and I will enjoy many a trip in this beautiful car! I absolutely recommend and only wish I had of bought one sooner ! Lucky for us our Regal only has 19,000km or about 12 thousand miles on it. People just don’t take notice of these cars thinking it’s an old mans car - if that’s the case they are sadly missing out.
