Good customer experience...

Recently, my family had the pleasure of dealing with Brad (our sales professional) at Green GMC. We had been considering trading in a three year old Yukon on a new one with a few more features.
We reached out to Green through the website and the trade evaluation tool on KBB. Got a real-time and most importantly fair trade on our then current GMC. Not believing the ease and fair trade, I contacted Green who directed the call to Brad. Brad said as long as we answered the questions honestly they would honor the presented online number, no question.
We explained to Brad my family wasn’t just ready yet and the difference to trade was a little more than we were comfortable with. Brad was very kind and understanding, I said keep us in mind if something significant changes to make it a more affordable proposition.
Brad last week reached out to us via text, our preferred communication method and explained he could do an additional 1,000 dollars off. Which we replied well 2,000 sounds better. Brad was able to find an additional 500 dollar rebate we qualified for! We explained we were still on the fence but now we’re in the right arena.
Brad was helpful, thoughtful and respectful as my family considered his exceptional offer for a few days. We made the 70 mile trip from Dubuque wondering how this would go... Would it be a bait and switch? Numbers too good to be true?
Nope. The customer experience provided by Brad started with a hand shake along with a brief test drive which was well executed. The team at Green took a quick drive and reviewed our trade, all fine. Sure enough, Brad was right on the trade was honored. Better yet the price of the new one was exactly as explained over the phone/email.
Our trip into the “back office” after we agreed upon the trade is where all the “magic” happens... VIN etching, pin stripe we have heard it all. The business office associate Gordon presented a few packages to extend beyond the warranty period, all were presented professionally. Most importantly Gordon was respectful of our choice to pass on those services. This although a bit time consuming was the best presentation we have seen of these services.
Brad was still around (now after officially closing) to meet us with the freshly detailed Yukon. Made sure we didn’t have any other questions and had everything out of our old truck. He left us with all his contact information and told us to let him know if we needed anything. We ended the experience with a hand shake before driving away in our new Yukon. Job well done Brad! The Green Team has earned a repeat customer and was efficient in getting us out in under 2 hours to buy a new car!
Awesome experience. Awesome price on the new one accompanied by a fair trade. We having nothing but good things to say about our experience. We will recommend to friends/family and will be back!
