I wish the wheel base were not quite so narrow. It makes for a jolting ride sometimes. But I do enjoy the bells and whistles!
Everyone at this dealership was amazing, and when I say everyone I mean I believe I met everyone when I was purchasing my new car. They all came to greet me at one point, asked if I needed anything and then the salesman took me to meet the service advisors, and parts employees before I left so I would be familiar with their names and faces in the future!!! Shaun was my exceptional sales person, I can't say enough good things about him, extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. Johnny in finance is a master at what he does!! He managed to get everything just as I needed it and was quick and efficient with the arrangement!!! If you are ever in the market for a new or used vehicle PLEASE give this dealership a try.

Simply the best 3 row suv out there,superb ride,extremely quite on the road,ive been an auto technician for 29 years, I’ve worked for Toyota which was the most reliable, Lincoln which rode the best and was the most quietest and Pontiac which was the fastest, Out of the 23 cars I’ve owned my buick is on top and I challenge any of you Acura, Lexus, infinity owners to a ride & comfort contest!!
I needed to get into a new car and they did everything they could to help me out. Ended up getting a better car than I expected!
The staff was professional, kind, and treated me like part of the family! I recommend them to everyone!

No room behind the rear sear for very much. Only one arm rest? Hesitation on take off Rear camera is a joke. Very Very expensive to repair

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXCELLENT SALES STAFF!!!! We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!
Issues with air condition should be taken care of

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
I have never had a bad experience when dealing with Southwest Buick GMC in Greenville Texas. It is very refreshing in this day and time to see there are people who are still genuine and authentic. Keep up the awesome work you do.
Purchased May 2018, with only 7,000 miles on it.

The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
Great experience. No high pressure sales tactics (which was great) and all employees I spoke with were friendly, professional and courteous. My salesman was all of the above and went as far as anyone I have ever dealt with to put me in the vehicle I was looking for and get me the best price he could. If I ever need another vehicle I will surely come to Southwest Buick GMC in Greenville, TX first.

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
We had a great experience-they had the Pacifica that we were looking for and worked with us to get the price we wanted. We were very happy and drove away by noon with the car we wanted. Have already recommended 1 friend.
Love this car just concerned about the noise.

My 2014 Buick Enclave has been making a roaring sound. When you speed up it gets louder .when you slow down it lets up. But roar is there all the time. Why. .?.?

I chose this vehicle for its AWD and height, but it doesn't feel like it's too big of an SUV to be clunky. I enjoy driving it and especially like the great gas mileage.
