We contacted Rhinelander Auto through the internet based on a listing we saw for a used van. Paul contacted us and invited us to visit. We traveled over 100 miles through a snowstorm to look at a used vehicle. We were treated with great respect and our requests were met without hesitation. The experience was most positive and we have been very satisfied with our purchase.
Drove 250 miles to see a 2014 Silverado, the truck was everything they said it was. Worked with Brad Heard, very friendly and Knowledgeable. I don't know how he could have made the process any easier, I would and will recommend him to anyone. Well worth the drive.

I was preparing my 2013 Equinox LTZ (purchased new in May of 2014) for winter by cleaning it inside and out. To my dismay I found a 1"x5" rust spot on the inside bottom of the rear passenger door. Couldn't believe it and I couldn't remember if the vehicle was at 36k or 38k, I was really upset. When I showed the spot to my husband; he said, "Call the dealership and see what they say". Yeah right it's Sat, afternoon. Well I took my husband's advice and called. I reached the Collision Center Manager, Dave Menden, at Parson's of Eagle River, Inc. (Eagle River, WI a half hour from our home). Dave said, "bring the car in and I'll take a look at it". I was so surprised, he was really interested in taking care of the problem. When I arrived Dave checked in the computer system and found that we were ten miles shy of being over the warranty. He said we will fix that door and do the other three too. He also arranged for me to have a free rental car for the days my vehicle would be in the shop. I was so relieved and happy that my vehicle was going to be repaired and Dave really gave me exceptional customer service. Thank you Dave and thank you Parsons of Eagle River, Inc. you made my day and gave me another reason to say I am a Proud Chevy owner!
The woman I left my Honda Fit with in the Service Bay was extremely helpful. She let me borrow a vehicle to do errands while waiting for the passenger side air bag to be replaced and for them to conduct a complete diagnostic of the air conditioning unit to determine why it wasn't working all summer. Although she tried calling me to let me know the cost of fixing the air conditioning unit, which consisted of (replacing the Freon, would be the same as the cost of the diagnostic and couldn't get in touch with me, she made a wise choice in determining that I would choose to replace the Freon this time rather than having to return and end up being charged double. She deserves this praise and probably a raise.
