Make sure you work with Hannah! I looked at a vehicle online, sent a request to look at the vehicle and was contacted within an hour give or take by the online sales rep Hannah to provide an overview of the car, see what I was looking for in a vehicle, but most importantly she asked what I was looking for in a car buying experience. This was only my second car buying experience and was absolutely wonderful! Not once did I feel pressured by Hannah. We went for a test drive that was appropriate and really gave me a feel of the car. I felt as if I was riding with an old friend. Not once was I uncomfortable. Hannah is so welcoming, so friendly, supportive, and understanding throughout the entire process. She is an advocate for potential buyers from the start and truly enjoys what she does. Mr. Durk (spelling?) the finance person was also reassuring, supportive, and welcoming. He also made it feel as if we were old friends. No pressure, very understanding, and willing to work with me. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

We are so happy with this vehicle. My husband is fourteen inches taller than me, and we can both drive comfortably. The Enclave shifts smoothly and there is plenty of interior room for passengers to ride comfortably as well transporting luggage. It handles well in snow and is very stable on the highway. We wanted a reliable full size SUV that drives great, rides smooth, and fits in the garage. Buick covered all the bases.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! My heart dropped when my jeep broke down on vacation, July 4th week. I had AAA tow it to the closest jeep dealer and prayed for the best. I called and let them know it was on its way, they told me they were short staffed due to the holiday but they would try to work me in. I don't know if they heard the panic in my voice, they had it in and out in a day. I have never dealt with this dealership before this, so all I can say is Thank you to the service department you guys are awesome.

We have been very happy with our service experiences at Bradshaw. Ken has taken good care of us. He is always polite and professional. Our service requests have always been met, and Ken never tries to push unnecessary "repairs." Work has been done in a timely manner, and parts were offered for inspection. Our truck was kept overnight once because they could not replicate a sound we were hearing. They made a suggestion as to what it COULD be, as they found a part that was wearing. At 105,000 miles we asked to have it replaced. Ken called to keep us updated. We still aren't positive that was it, but we haven't heard the sound since. This is not the closest dealership to us, but we have been happy and are willing to drive further where we feel we are well taken care of.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Easy Peasey No-Haggle Experience!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

Pleasant Experience

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

Great experience, great company

Vroom is great because going into car dealerships is a complete friggin nightmare where you have to battle your xxx off to not get scammed.(and I still lose) Vroom had a huge selection of newer used vehicles to choose from; you don't haggle over price, just do your homework on the price to see if it looks in line. (KBB)They also lined up financing with a very good interest rate, everything was transparent, not a bunch of hidden xxxxxxxx with trade ins, extended warranties to buy, maintenance plan tricks...etc. Delivery did take a little longer than they estimated, but no biggie, they delivered our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and other than it being dusty from the trip, it looked GREAT. Feels brand new and it has 40,000 miles, looks just like it did in the pictures. They also set up the registration and I got tags/license plate in the mail. I think they're super and I'll be buying another car in the next few months from them again. I HOPE this is the future of car buying and companies like this are profitable and stay in business.

Read the bad reviews, took the plunge...got a GREAT CAR

So after reading the 300 negative reviews, I can honestly say I was VERY nervous about the transaction. Pages and pages of bad reviews, my experience was different and challenging but all in all I am very happy. The primary issue with Vroom is they have all their sales calls going thru a call center where no one knows anything about cars. The call center was Rock Auto disguised as a Vroom. After 3 minutes with these people I knew what the deal was. What I did was run a vin check on the Porsche 911 cabriolet I was interested in to see where the car was located. Once I found out, I called the dealer direct from an old ad on eBay. They put me in touch with a TRUE sales guy and we went over the car in detail. No call center BS. I was approved for the car quickly and the finance team sent the paperwork out timely. To my surprise the car was shipped from Texas to NJ in less than 5 days after all docs were signed. The car was delivered and like other have stated, was not clean and the car did have a damaged rim. I went to my local Porsche dealer and they validated the issue. Here's where the 5 stars comes into play. I called customer service and Christy Leal in the Vroom customer service department approved a new Porsche rim, almost $2000.00 that day to be replaced on the vehicle. They dealt directly with the dealer and simply kept me in the loop. The issue with Vroom is that they are relying on a call center who merely reads from a script. This is not good. If you do a little homework on the car you see listed on their site like I did, you can avoid the call center, Rock Auto. This will alleviate 99% of the stress and you will get a nice car at a great price. I can proudly say I am one of the few happy people that has purchased a car from Vroom. I would definitely buy another car from them. Christy Leal is an excellent employee and she deserves the 5 start I have given.

600 miles into ownership and very happy with our purchase. The car is very quiet, rides very smoothly, and is very easy to drive. So far, we are averaging better than 30 mpg in combined driving. The kids (16 & 8 years old) tell me the backseat is much more roomy than mom's SUV. The only thing I don't like at this point is the Auto-Stop feature, which is currently not able to be bypassed or otherwise shut off

No White Lexus Christmas

My husband and I were looking for a white Lexus RX350. We spotted one we loved but decided too late and it was gone. So the next time we spotted one we were quick to hold it. (we had also submitted a search for a white Lexus) My husband, my adult daughter, and I all looked at the ad and it said "White". Purchase was finalized on 12/162015 (we paid cash) The car was not delivered until 1/5/2016, due to the holidays and bad weather, and when it arrived it was SILVER not white. We are embarrassed to say that looking back on our paperwork it does mention silver on two pages. Our mistake. I drove it around town the day it was delivered, but the next day I decided I really wanted white. I had not driven 250 miles around town, but it was already 5 miles over the allowed mileage to return it within the 7 days. (should have checked odometer reading when it was delivered). I thought we were stuck with the silver, but Vroom is honoring the 7 day return policy and it will be a happy new year after all.

I had a recall on my 2012 f-150. They ordered my part in a timely matter, called me when it arrived. Got me in quickly for an appointment(sat). Which was very helpful for me!!! Also gave me a loaner car to drive around while me service was being done!!! They where awesome to me!!! Highly recommend them!!!
