Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
I came to the dealership looking for a new company truck. With a few options my initial message didn???t materialize into anything. They took the time to search and bring to the table, what I I can only explain as being the ideal vehicle. Being a company purchases that had some minor requirements were handled seamlessly. I want to also thank Harley Davidson, the used car sales manager, for making this deal go so easy. Koch 33 is a class act! I highly recommend !
My experience here was wonderful. It was my first time buying a car of my own and I didn't feel pressured into anything. They walked me through the whole process, and I felt like I got a great deal. Mike, the salesman, was so helpful and accomodating. I definitely recommend this dealership!

Adam, Gregg, Ryan and the rest of the team at Star really put in time and effort to make me happy in the truck I wanted, with a rate, payment, and ext warranty that I expected. This is my 5th vehicle from Star, and I will continue to deal there, as well as send my friends.
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and personable. Sarah was fantastic in explaining the different vehicles and trims, and not to mention has a wonderful personality. John worked really hard to get me a great deal. I was offered above market value for my trade and my monthly payments are less than what I was willing to do because of John's hard work and honesty. I have already started referring friends and neighbors to this dealership.
I dealt with John Rider from Bergey's and he assisted me throughout the process, showing me alternatives at all my price points. At the end of the day I got the car I wanted at a very fair price. Great experience!!
Not your typical dealership. This family friendly dealership makes car buying stress free. We just purchased a GMC Terrain here and the process was so smooth thanks to John Rider and his team. I sent an email requesting a quote, which John promptly replied to. I spoke with him on the phone and he set up all the financing with the business manager. By the end of the day we were driving home in our new vehicle. I would highly recommend Bergey's and make sure to ask for John Rider. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
We found a car that we were very interested in online. We called Bergey's and made an appointment to see and test drive the car. When we arrived, Scott Dement had the car ready for us to see it and since we liked it, we took it for a test drive. We were also trading in a car, which Bergey's assessed our trade in while we were test driving the new car. We got a very fair deal for the trade in, the price was a good deal for the new car so we purchased the car. Scott had the car detailed again, (I think it looked great when we test drove it). The car was inspected for a full year. The entire process was very smooth. I would highly recommend Bergey's!
Yesterday, I got a car from Bergey???s Chevrolet for the 3rd consecutive time. After working with Matthew Cerefice on the previous two, I went straight to him for the third. Each transaction was unique, but this one was complicated and dragged out more than a week. Matt handled it excellently and was great at staying in touch with me throughout. When we finally got to the signing stage, it went quickly, without a hitch. I used Bergey???s service for my previous 2 vehicles and will continue to do so for my 3rd. This is a family-run dealership that evidently supports work/life balance for its employees, and employs good people. I highly recommend supporting it by shopping there for a car.
This was our first experience working with Patriot. Started working with Bob Johnson to possibly purchase a Traverse but then decided to replace our 2008 Tahoe with a new Tahoe. Despite all the searching Bob did for us, we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted. So through Bob we ordered a 2018 Tahoe. From start to finish (got the Tahoe yesterday!!!), we worked with Bob for a long time and he was always kind, patient and helpful. Whether we stopped in, called or emailed (and we did all three), he always found time for us and was very responsive. We met other great people at Patriot and the dealership was always immaculate. Great experience, great salesman and we are thrilled with our new Tahoe. We now look forward to trying their service department.

I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
