Very good experience Happy and Ron were very helpful and nice.
A great little subcompact SUV
by Larry's Buick from Gaithersburg, MD (suburb of Wash., DC)

This is the first Buick I've ever owned -- the 2017 Encore had a bit of a refresh in styling from the year before, both in its exterior and interior -- best was the interior refresh. The touch screen is now integrated into the dash -- no "stand up" screen as before. I have the next to highest trim level, the Essence -- dual zone HVAC controls for the front seat passenger and driver, and leather interior. Great gas mileage -- the turbo charged four cylinder does a good job -- a bit louder engine sounds than a six cylinder. Overall, a great little car.
Mr Wallace Bird was one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He didn't let me off the hook easily but I didn't feel pressured like I have at other dealerships. He was very knowledgeable and directed us into making a much better deal then we ever would have made on our own. His many years of experience was invaluable. He was very pleasant and respectful and made it a pleasure to do business with them.

I chose this vehicle for its AWD and height, but it doesn't feel like it's too big of an SUV to be clunky. I enjoy driving it and especially like the great gas mileage.
My experience was great! The customer service was excellent. I look forward to continue business with Kia of Florence! I can only hope that if anyone choose to come to Kia of
Florence that they will be just as pleased as I am. Thanks to Frank and Matt along with the Kia of Florence family.

Exceeded all my needs and expectations. This is my second lease of the Encore and I will likely get a third when my lease is up.
I received a call back from the dealer about the car I was looking at online. They were very helpful and answered my questions about the car.

Bough the car a while ago and love it. The seats in mine are not heated and since its just the fabric it does begin to rip and bulge. The interior design is weird. the lighting up front is on the mirror so it doesn't do much good. Outside style wise a lot of the screws should be plastic since it gets wet all the time and makes it a pain to work on. performance well gas is the only reason its a 4 not the best mpg but its a beast and can pull through anything. I had water go over my headlight and the suv pushed on through
Best dealership my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of buying from. We were treated like family from our Sales Consultant Decar Prosser to the very knowledgeable finance officer. If you want a good experience buying a car see these folks and get a great deal from the best.I
Purchased May 2018, with only 7,000 miles on it.

The best riding vehicle we have ever owned! Because of its size it is a little rough on the gas mileage but I am willing to pay that for the ride and comfort!
I bought this car due to the reviews and reports on its reliability, as well as the fact that it is a Union built vehicle. So far it has lived up to all of my expectations. It has great power, with the V6 engine. IT handles great, and looks great.
Provided me a car to drive to my other appointment and got me ready before lunch
Very economical for the features

Body styling, interior comfort, jam-packed features make this a good buy in a time at which SUVs are taking over the market. I was an Enclave owner and hope to go back to it someday but the Buick Lacrosse is a nice change of pace.
Awesome experience. I live in Lexington and made the trip. Well worth it and I saved alot !!
Rebuilt engine and new brakes required 11,000 mile

Gravely disappointed in the Buick Encore. In for repairs twice in the last month. First time rebuilt engine and replaced rear brakes, two weeks later, replaced rear brakes again. Went back to the dealership and he priced the buy back at 50 cents on the dollar. This for a year old car with less than 12,000 miles. Bad deal.
Did purchase today, but I was very pleased by the service and help I received. I would definitely recommend them?

One fantastic car and a true pleasure to own! I cannot add much more to the previous reviews I submitted but from my nearly 4 year ownership of this car I can say that this Lacrosse has solidly sold me on Buick. Other than GM's recommended scheduled maintenance there have been no other services needed---that's it ---no other. My Lacrosse is still getting approximately 23 MPG (again, city driving mostly with very few highway trips needed) using 89 octane from the companies' formulas recommended in the owner's manual, performance from the 6 cylinder engine is like new, no irritating quirks/sounds that one begins to notice after a period of ownership and as recently as this past week the car is still getting compliments on its looks---from passersby. (I'm sure that detailing it twice a year and frequent washes help.)
It is worthy that I mention, again, it still feels solid and handles like new!I am looking forward to many more years of satisfying ownership with this LaCrosse but when it comes time to trade Buick is my choice.
Purchasing the Buick LaCrosse was one of the best auto purchasing choices I made.
I have purchase several Buick's from King Cadillac Buick GMC, and always deal with Ed T Carter he is a great guy and takes his time with you to make sure you are happy with your new vehicle.

This car looked really nice, comfortable, inexpensive but slow pickup kinda soggy around the corner. Liked the inside very much but performance was not there
This has been an excellent experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Laurie and Amber were both wonderful. This has been the best experience we've ever had buying a car.
So far, so good.

This is the first SUV I've owned and I love it! The smaller size makes it easy for me to zip in and out of parking spaces and it is easy to handle. I've taken it on road trips and it performed very well.
I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
