I bought a car from here last night and was very pleased with my service. The whole process was made easy by my salesman, Stacey, whom I would recommend for a non-aggressive and pleasant experience… from beginning to end. Highly recommend this place!

Miguel, Mike and Mason were awesome in helping me with my recent purchase of a 2026 Ford Explorer Tremor on August 12th. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle, they offered a great deal on my trade that I couldn’t pass up. Ford finance also provided a great package and that sealed the deal to purchase the vehicle. Miguel was patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. Mike was straightforward with us and told us exactly what we needed to know for financing. Mason sealed the deal and treated us like family. We will definitely be back in a few months for our next new vehicle purchase. Thank you all so much for being so wonderful to us. We look forward to doing business again soon.

Working with Sarah was very easy and she was very thorough and helpful. My experience was tarnished when signing the paperwork to find an extra $1000 added to the loan amount for a mandatory $200 donation to a charity of their choice, and the purchase of the apex security program. Neither of these amounts were negotiable.

I absolutely hate car shopping but had to do it. Great experience here though. Yurie was very helpful. We let him know we wanted to see the car and he had it out and ready when we got there. He answered all of our questions, got us the car fax, sent us on a test drive and literally took less than 30 min after we agreed on pricing to have us on our way. Great job! I highly recommend this dealership

Ozzy's Car CompanyReviews
Ozzy's Car Company review
I had such a great experience buying my car from Ozzy’s, and I especially want to recognize Kross for being an outstanding salesperson. From the beginning, he was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Kross took the time to help me search for the right car, explained the best options available, and made sure everything fit my needs and my budget. What really stood out to me is that he wasn’t focused on making a quick sale -- he truly cared about helping me make the best decision. That kind of service is what makes Ozzy’s feel like family. Everyone there made it clear that the customer’s needs come first, and I felt supported every step of the way. Thank you Ozzy’s and thank you Kross for making car-buying such a smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend this place!

We have left a previous bad review due to a sour taste in our mouth from a truck not lasting more then a full week. Found out it was an easy fix and they were able to repair the problem and had good customer service. This is an apology for the previous bad review we have left on the 09 Ford F-150. So yes they are a good reliable company that’s number one priority is the customer thank you again to the great team at instant equity auto.
