I really like this dealership from the friendly no pressure salesman to the service dept. that bends over backward to explain whatever service I am getting and keep me up to date when they will be finished. They also wash and vacuum the vehicle for me.
Very good service. The service rep was very helpful and friendly. My salesman who sold me the car was also very helpful. He kept checking on the car for me to see when it would be done. Everybody there was very friendly.
I just went in for an oil change. Going to this dealership takes a bit longer than going to a drive-thru, but the car gets examined for potential issues which takes the guesswork out of maintaining your car and they wash the car!
My only disappointment was that the dealership pulls my credit and then also the bank. Which doesn't help my credit score ever!
This had nothing to do with my salesperson Mitch Rowe. Mitch is an awesome sales person and I would highly recommend him to anyone that I know!! Very Professional!!
My most recent trip to the dealership was for some minor items, and all were taken care of; except one that was completed for free to attach a partial loose roof trim piece. Unfortunately it didn't hold, but the free attempt was made! This week I'll have it back in to complete the repair. Within the last year I had major work done on my 12.5 year old Yukon's 220,000 miles rear axle/differential. Well done, but it is part science and "part art". Since I used GM parts and service - there is a 12 month warranty! It was back in twice at no expense to tune out the loud "hum" when the throttle was applied. Now it's silent and runs terrific! I truly appreciate the kind, courteous care I'm always afforded at Clift Buick GMC. Their Service Team is exceptional!
Very nice car buying experience. Laid back atmosphere and no pressure sale. Doug our Salesman and the Finance manager were very helpful and made the buying process very smooth. We are very happy with our purchase and it was worth the drive to Estle Chevrolet of Hamler.
Duane Anderson was a great salesperson went over the entire vehicle with me was patient with me waiting for my paperwork till the late hour of his day. Introduce me to the rest of the Taylor family and answered all my questions. Felicia’s internet response was quick inquiring about the vehicle. Juan the manager went over the paperwork theory. Ultimately I did not end up purchasing the vehicle that I spent a lot of time looking at, but I thought it worthwhile to write a review of my experience. My first contact was Blaine, the Sales Manager. He was incredibly nice and had his consultant Cody call me with all the information I requested. Cody was knowledgable and what he didn't know he tried to find out for me. There was no pressure and I would not hesitate to send someone there who was looking for a preowned vehicle. They had a very nice selection of cars.
