Alec and the service team were amazing and professional. I received a video of the issues and constant communication with updates. I will be back, thank you!
2017 Cadillac ATS-V review
I've had mine for a little over 4 years now and put about 30,000 miles on it. Downpipes and a tune really wake this car up! The only gripe I've had so far is the shifter bushings went relatively soon, ~40,000 miles. Other than that, the car handles amazingly, gets a lot of compliments, and dare I say the definition of sports sedan.

2016 Cadillac ATS-V review
This machine is one of the best test platform GM has than any up to that time. Cadillac uses their top line vehicles to bring out the newest innovations and then improve on it as time demands. I currently have a Lightning and an XT5. I buy my cars new. I have run Cadillac since my Nash Rambler back in the '60s. Olds which I had, should have been the survivor rather than Buick. Meanwhile GM is making one of the best auto MFR out there. They are about the best there is at the 24 hrs at Daytona is just an example. I hope they stifle the unions. I hope they continue using world wide sources for components. Other MFRs ride on the skirts of envy.

Ingersoll Auto of Danbury review
I called Pam Miller to schedule a service appointment. She was very helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. Upon arrival, Charlie Escobar explained the process, then met and exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure to work with both Pam & Charlie. I would highly recommend Ingersoll Auto of Danbury!

2016 Cadillac ATS-V review
For anyone describing Cadillac as a problem, over priced, or something quickly devalued, let me just remind you that when someone takes care of their vehicle, does not let it sit out in the sun, doesn't mistreat and misuse, and maintains it; a Cadillac can be twice the value of the next competitor.

Have already bought and paid off two cars from there and plan on going back and getting another come tax season! They are super friendly, they work with you and don't hound you for the payments, and when I went to pay my last payment they waived all my late fees which I had a lot of I won't lie. I recommend them to everyone I know that's trying to buy a car but has crappy credit and such like me. Love this place

Volkswagen of Downtown ChicagoReviews
Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago review
James Christy was my salesperson who helped me purchase a VW Jetta for my daughter's first car. From my initial contact with him to the red bow placed on her new used car, he was top notch. Listened to what we needed, delivered on his promises and made us feel like he was one of our best friends. Out the door pricing was given to us "prior to" coming in so there was no surprises when we got there with the assistance of his sales manager Julian, who also also great to work with. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This experience today was exactly how all dealers should treat their customers from initial call inquiry to the hand shake congratulations car purchase. A+++!

Bang for the buck. The technology this car offers at this price point is incredible. It’s one of the best handling sedans in the world and it’s aftermarket potential is insane.

2017 Cadillac ATS-V review
After owning multiple BMW M cars, Mercedes AMG cars, and Audi S cars, the Cadillac ATS V is the best of the group. The steering is awesome, the handling is precise, and the acceleration will throw you back in your seat. It is also a very reliable car.
