I did not buy my car at Symes, but have serviced it here since it's the closest dealership to my home. Roll Lee has been my customer service point of contact and she's fantastic. She called and emailed me to keep me abreast of what was happening to my Escalade. The waiting area is very clean and always stocked with over standard refreshments. I love the coffee machine and bagels. The driver who initially took me home was very friendly. Roll even took the initiative to ask me if I would like to get a quote for a new car to compare to the cost of the repairs. John in sales reached out to me immediately and responded to my questions promptly. My overall experience with Symes team was nothing less than stellar. Thanks Roll and Symes for a great experience.
